Both are highly competent, knowledgeable, very easy to get to know and they get to know you which helps them understand what you are capable of doing. I was told Kristin would push me which is what I wanted. I have played sports most my life, understand you have to push through certain pain, do what your told to get the results you want. I was surprised to learn only 50% of the patients who go through therapy actually do the exercises given by therapist to do at home in between therapy sessions. I did the exercises even challenged myself at home. My rehab went smoothly. I hit a 120 degree bend in less than 3 months. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain PT, Kristin and Sarah!
