I suffered for lower back pain for years and my old chiropractor had left and I decided to give this place a call. I was politely greeted and scheduled for a day to come in ASAP. X-rays were taken and a scan of my back muscles were taken. I saw dr Rinow 3x a week and started to feel better after his first adjustment. I even noticed getting out the car was easier for me and i knew i had made the right decision. I continued to come and continued to feel better but then I told him how I wasn't feeling right. After a few weeks we redid scans and i wasn't doing better and he sent me for an mri bc he said he didn't think what he was doing was helping me. After that I brought him my results and I had a herniated disc. After trying a few things with him my neurologist sent me to a neurosurgeon who operated. She insisted that I needed to get new X-rays done at this office. She then stated that when I come in for my appointment it was not guaranteed I would get an adjustment. I was a bit confused and I stated to her why would I come in if I would not have an adjustment. That makes no sense. I stated to her that I would only be here another 2 weeks and I really need an adjustment. I asked to speak to the office manager she stated she is the office manager. I then asked her for her name. She refused to give me her name. This office does not care for people they care about making money and insist you get X-rays even after you tell them you have current X-rays.
