She was rude, cut me off and hung up in my ear when I called today. I scheduled a new patient visit, booked 1 month out. I arrived 20 minutes early, paid a $40 co-pay upfront. Filled out a ton of paperwork ( it took me 30 minutes because I like to be thorough). I literally saw the doctor for 8 minutes, no exaggeration. He asked 3 questions, gave me a script for X-rays and I was sent back to the front. No treatment. At the front they did not explain anything, where to go to get the x-rays, if I needed a follow up appointment, nothing. I had to ask where to go and let them know the doctor wanted to reschedule for next day. I canceled today's appointment and requested a refund of my co-pay. I'm not sure if they are not use to treating people who look like me, but I did not get treated well at all. I will not be sending my family or anyone I know here as long as the front desk manager is still there. I'm sure Dr. West does his best, but with a name like Be TRULY WELL, I expected more compassion, comfort and kindness. What I got was rudeness and irritation.

Dr. J. (Joëlle Renaud) is my preferred provider, she's very friendly and knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. I trust her judgment and always leave feeling considerably better than when I arrived. I've since moved about 25 miles away farther than I was (Media to Ambler, PA,) and I still make the 50 mile drive there because most providers around here are either out of network, more expensive, or just not as good. Dr Rinow and his staff are amazing…read more I have not seen him or needed his help for over a year but before that he really helped me and guided me to correct path. I suffered for lower back pain for years and my old chiropractor had left and I decided to give this place a call. I was politely greeted and scheduled for a day to come in ASAP. X-rays were taken and a scan of my back muscles were taken. I saw dr Rinow 3x a week and started to feel better after his first adjustment. I even noticed getting out the car was easier for me and i knew i had made the right decision. I continued to come and continued to feel better but then I told him how I wasn't feeling right. After a few weeks we redid scans and i wasn't doing better and he sent me for an mri bc he said he didn't think what he was doing was helping me. After that I brought him my results and I had a herniated disc. After trying a few things with him my neurologist sent me to a neurosurgeon who operated.
