When I gently asked why I was paying $15 more for the facial than what was stated on the website and their brochure, their response was that that was what I paid last time. (Silly me-- I didn't realize I was being overcharged last time!) They refused to charge what was advertised (it felt very "bait and switch" to me). The stylist never introduced herself to me and more or less hacked at my hair- there was no real craft involved. She was about to let me leave when i noticed that my one side was completely uneven. She'd cut a little, and ask me if it was alright.. I kept thinking, "can't you tell yourself?" By the end of the cut, I was frustrated. She didn't even give me a card for me to come back. I realize that there is a high degree of variability in stylists at any given salon, but I was thoroughly unimpressed with my service. Guys if you care what your hair looks like, you are seriously rolling the dice by going here. I can only hope that this is not par for the course in Pocatello.
