I wish I could do 2.5 stars. It was half nearly awful and half nearly awesome. Why the ~-2 two stars? He even rammed the clippers against my dome way too many times. The guy was nice, but a little bit quiet and my attempts at general conversation were fulfilled a little bit. I came here on the recommendation of a buddy of mine that had a nice looking razor fade from here, but I think I'll have him skip the razor next time. Getting my head spritzed with aftershave at the end and having a little bit of weepers afterwards was the coup de grâce. I might come back, but there will be no "come at me bro" with a shavette anytime soon. And I know how to shave, I shave my own head and/or face with a miraki shavette and MÜHLE double edge safety razor frequently. I described what I wanted, she asked me lots of questions about how I wear my hair & like to style it & she continued to ask questions as the cut progressed. They are all very nice & friendly there, I'm so happy I came. The prices are awesome too. She washed & styled my hair for one incredibly low price! Now my only issue is how to get my boss to send me back in 12 weeks for another cut.

In this scenario faster certainly was not better. As for the nails - ugh. Uneven length and shape and far too thick. I didn't notice how bad they really were until I got home. Honestly I was just trying to smile and get out of there before my face gave away mu total dissatisfaction. Yes, I did see the few prior negative reviews but since they were a few years old, I gave some grace and hoped for staff turn over or training. Apparently not.
