I have been working with Toni Suttie with Integrity Casting for a little over a year now, and she's been more than a blessing to my life and to our community here in Reno Nevada. I have talked to her about a mentorship and she offered me this amazing opportunity to work side by side with her and I took it right away. There have been several negative posts about Toni Suttie and Integrity Casting that are based on nothing but lies and jealousy. I have only been in the entertainment industry for just over 6 months and i have been a mentee of Toni's since may of 2011. In that time I have been booked on National Geographics which was a blast to film! I have helped Toni do casting's and learn about everything in front of and behind the camera. I have taken many wonderful classes at Integrity Casting that has helped me with audition techniques. I have done a mentee trip to Los Angeles where i got to meet amazing people from the Burbank Film Festival, I met several celebrity's while i was there thanks to Toni. Since ive been back from LA i have done many things with Toni she has really taught me how to be more confident in myself and in doing simple things in life, she really makes you think positive during stressful situations. I have had the opportunity to be on her radio show "Casting Call" which i have now helped produce several episodes along with our upcoming celebrity episode on NOV 17th. I was hired to do all the social media by Toni. If it wasnt for her or integrity casting i would not be doing all these amazing things and getting ready to go to LA again for another mentee trip! Approximately 5 years ago, when I was 72, I had the pleasure of meeting Toni Suttie, owner of Integrity Casting. I had alway wanted to get into the field of acting. After in-depth research, I met with Toni Suttie, She opened the doors for me, showing me the way. Through her guidance and mentorship program, I have gained confidence and improved my acting skills. Toni cares about her people and works hard with us to be a success. For auditions, I've learned how to interpret a script, break it down and make the character come to life. I've auditioned many times, often receiving a call back. If I'm not chosen, then I look at that audition as a learning experience and analyze where I might have done better. I do realize that the final selection is don by the client and not Toni Suttie of Integrity Casting. Not all people understand this process and have a tendency to improperly put the blame where there is none. Overall, my success ratio has been quite high. I attribute my successes to the sound guidance from Toni. My first guiding light was reading Toni's wonderful book "Slate Please". I continue to refer to this publication. DD: I had to take a hiatus from acting because there were very few auditions and the auditions I did go to required men who are tall and slender for the part. But I'm looking forward to jumping right back into it. I am on the phone almost every day making connections, though those connections are in LA. Me: People here promise you big things and it never happens. I've been let down so much here. Have you noticed that? Maybe it's just me but I dunno. I know LA will be harder but I feel that's where all the real people are. DD: I know exactly how you feel. Before I moved up here I was promised the world and given a pebble. At first I thought I was being led up here than it turns out I was mis-led up here. Toni told me I would make $70,000 my first year. She also told me I landed three parts which were never spoken of again. You will get stabbed in the back in LA but at least they're upfront about it. My lease expires in a couple of months and I believe that's where I will be heading. Me: I'm sorry that you were mis-led. Have you talked to Toni about that? Are you guys still cool? That's seems really messed up that she made all those promises. Are you still studying under Toni? DD: No. I am paid up through March, but she does not offer refunds. My family and I have been affiliated with Integrity Casting and Toni Suttie for many years now and are honored to be part of the Integrity Casting "Family". Our daughter had done several TV shows and modeling jobs before meeting Toni but it was through the Elite Mentorship Program and Toni's guidance that she learned all aspects of this crazy entertainment industry. Through her training and loving guidance, our daughter has worked in commercials, TV, movies, modeling and voice over. She has done castings, directing, teaching, and much more and is in the process of cutting her first album of music. Before I met Toni Suttie I was working for a popular pizzeria. I was content but far from happy with my job. The job market is tough and I had no other options. Finally I had enough of being treated poorly and resigned. A week and a half later a friend told me about Toni Suttie and how Toni had helped her daughter find a niche in the entertainment industry. I called Toni and we met at a coffee house. Immediately after meeting Toni I could tell she was sincere, genuine, and the real deal. Toni informed me of the mentorship program she offers and I was amazed at how much is offered to her mentees. I was invited to Hollywood for a mentee trip. My daughter is one of Toni's men-tees and we had the opportunity to attend a trip to LA where we met with actors, directors, producers, agents, industry lawyers and branding experts. It was a whirl wind trip but filled with great connections that we've made useful already. For just $30.00 a year Toni will keep your head shots on file at the studio and email you all casting opportunities first. After being notified of a local television commercial being filmed in Reno I submitted my head shot and resume and was cast to be in the Tamarack Junction Steakhouse commercial. Integrity Casting offers many workshops at the Reno office and are all included in the Men-Tee program or as a small fee per class. With so many things being offered we aren't always available to attend but we know we aren't forgotten. Toni is always emailing for auditions or interviews. Integrity Casting has INTEGRITY. I've worked with Toni on a variety of projects over the last year, and she is a professional, pleasant, well qualified person to acquaint yourself with regardless of your intentions in the entertainment industry. My daughter has worked with Toni off and on since she was 6 or 7 years old. Toni is a wonderful kind hearted person that helped my daughter blossom in the entertainment business. She is currently 19 years old and is in Toni's Men tee program. She has taken my daughter Amanda under her wing and has shown her the inside and out of the industry. We have traveled from San Francisco to LA and and in between doing all kinds of stuff. Our recent trip to Reno was a short but very busy trip. She did classes, was on a movie set, did a model shoot, a radio show and was on national TV all in three days. We met a couple of famous people and went to a Red Carpet event. Wow what an intense but fun weekend. Toni has been trying to get me into the industry for years but I always tell her the same thing, NO! but this last trip to Reno she finally convinced me to do a photo shoot. I am writing this review because I want to clear up any confusion these fake negative reviews might pose to anyone. I have worked with Integrity Casting for nearly 10 years. I have never had a bad experience with them as one of the below reviewers states (the two negative reviews are in fact one person). The person writing these reviews has worked with Integrity Casting and has always been a high maintenance 'talent' that has received several complaints themself from several of Integrity's clients. It is too bad that since this person did not get a part that they were not even qualified for has caused them to write slanderous comments that the hundreds of people that deal with Integrity Casting know are not even clsoe to being true. My perspective comes not as an experienced member in the industry or a "talent" but as a parent of a pre-teen. Finding Toni Suttie and Integrity Casting was like finding a safe haven in the middle of a wild jungle. The entertainment industry is enormous, over whelming, and everyone might as well be speaking a foreign language given my level of comfort and lack of expertise. My child has participated in auditions and workshops at Integrity Casting and in each case, the atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and when you're dealing directly with Toni herself, kindness. My child's interest in acting may go somewhere or it may not but the positive experiences at Integrity Casting are life lessons that she will take with her as she matures into a young adult and as a parent, I could not ask for anything more. read more

When I told Toni that I wanted to become a film director, Toni sprung into action putting together a career plan for me. With her help, I got to participate in my first production role as a production assistant on a really fun film in Carmel, Ca. That's just the start of it. The class taught by Toni Suttie there changed my life, giving me the secrets of treating acting professionally so that I have been able to be hired a lot in the film and tv industry.
