The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

The fence needed replacement but he told me why, and showed me what was going on so I could understand why. His communication skills are excellent. He called the night he was going to look at the job to tell me he would be a few minutes late because he got caught in traffic. All other days he was here on time, ready to work, and that's what he did. And he gave me a 2 1/2 day time for completion, but it was a little less than 2 1/2 days. His work ethic is excellent, and the job he does is amazing. The fence is beautiful, straight, and really nice looking - it's going to last a very long time. He will tell you the materials he will use, and why they are going to provide a better built fence, or whatever you have him work on. He's for the customer and wants your experience to be pleasant and he really wants you to be happy with the end result. Brandon and Brett remodeled 2 bathrooms for us, our Master and guest baths. We chose and bought all of the aesthetic materials prior to our job start date. During that process Brandon stayed in touch with me when I had any questions about amounts or types of materials. You may have to wait a bit for a start date, but the thing that sets SC apart is that once they start the job, they are there every day all day until the job is finished. This makes job completion so much faster than other contractors who come and go, making customers put up with their house in construction chaos for much longer. It only took them 4 days to complete my 2 bathroom projects. These guys come on time, work straight through the day, and clean up at the end of each day to make the process very pleasant. As a cancer survivor who also has a dog and small child who are outside playing quite often, I do not appreciate my lawn being sprayed with chemicals. I had to take my dog down the street to go potty, and my son won't be able to play in our yard for who knows how long. While we've used this company in the past, we did not authorize today's service, nor did we reply to the text we received last week notifying us they'd be in the area. Instead, we got a text saying they'd completed the service this morning. Sounds like trespassing to me considering we did not authorize access.
