Oscar, the O in JOC, is the father, and he has a heart of gold, meaning that he will tell you exactly what needs to be done in order to take care of the customer's property as if it were his own. We had siding pieces that were foamed in to fill gaps (from previous jobs that we didn't know how to check), and he showed these to us, and told us what would be the best option to fix it: to replace these with custom cut pieces of cement board. And they did it beautifully and the same day. Our home had probably 30 different things that needed to be redone, or revamped, from siding, deck, paint, caulking, window glass, roofing, fascia's, front doors, stairs, wallpaper teardown resurfacing and painting, and much much more. I would trust JOC to build a home for me from scratch. And i know that it would be done correctly through and through, from the best materials, to the best worksmanship. We are so thankful to God that he brought Jennifer and Oscar into our lives. Because of their expert teams (they have multiple crews!) we have been able to accomplish what would have taken at least 2 months, in 2 weeks. Cesar has been painting for a long time and he finally split off and started his own gig. My leap…read moreof faith (despite his no reviews and history, other than some pictures) paid off. I received quotes from numerous people and his was very competitive. His team started on my ~3000 sf house Friday and painted until they finished on Wednesday. There were very few inspection finds that needed correction, and he fixed them. I needed some drywall repair (due to another project) and he took care of that for a small fee. I believe there were a total of three men working on the job and they were all very friendly. I speak a little Spanish which helped, but Google Translate helped our communication. He was very punctual and responsive and I never doubted trusting him. They weren't perfect (but nobody is) but the few things that were called out were handled appropriately and respectfully. My wife and I think the result was beautiful and well worth the money. I would recommend Cesar to anyone and I will certainly go straight to him the next time I need some painting done.

We needed to replace a couple of boards in our garage ceiling, then re-paint the ceiling. Ceball…read morePainting did an excellent job on replacing the boards. One would never know where the boards were replaced. (I would give a 5+ on that aspect. After painting the textured ceiling, the texture started coming down about an hour after Ceball Painting left. I called and Ceasar returned and surveyed the problem. Ceasar came back and worked until the problem was fixed and the ceiling looks great now. I gave an overall 4 instead of a 5 only because of the language barrier. Ceasar does not speak much English and we had to translate via phone.
