I cannot express enough how happy and impressed I was with Hector and team! I hired another landscaper to install a dry garden but had no idea what he was doing. A week (and thousands of dollars) later I knew he was struggling because nothing seemed done so I started looking for a different landscaper. Hector was quick to respond and came to the house on the same day. He gave me his initial thoughts and the estimate came the following day. He and his crew had the bulk of the work done in a day and went the extra mile to add finishing touches that improved on what I was envisioning. The end result was someth even better than I envisioned. He also cleaned up all the fallen leaves (unfortunately that's a daily struggle as you can tell in the pictures). read more

hired this company for a landscaping project in DeKalb County and paid a "non refundable" deposit via Zelle. We explained that the dimensions of the site may change upon arrival and Hector mentioned that the invoice could be updated on site after evaluation of the site Unfortunately, no work was ever started because they mentioned they quoted for the wrong material after we shared a stamp city of atlanta site plan. despite follow-up communication, the project never moved forward and the company is refusing to refund us. we do not recommend working with this company. It was also stated by hector that they are recording & monitoring clients calls. We did not receive any disclosures that calls are monitored and recorded. read more

Initially, we were happy with Hector coming out quickly and the quote we received. We had a big yard clean up to do. They showed up on schedule and we were happy with how the yard looks, BUT they never came back to remove the 10+ bags of leaves from our front yard and Hector has since stopped responding to texts and is not returning phone calls. The bags have been sitting there, getting rained on and creating a big mess for weeks now. This yard/leaf work was completed 4 weeks ago and part of our quote and payment was for all leaf and debris removal from the property. I am very disappointed they did not FINISH the job and have completely stopped responding to texts and phone calls. I do not recommend this company since they do not finish the full job they were paid for and totally ghost you. read more

Hector the owner of this company quoted a yard cleanup project and asked for a deposit which we paid. We decided two days later to cancel and handle the project ourselves. At the time he said he would return our deposit but never has. We have filed a claim in civil court which was ruled in our favor but he has still not returned our money as the court ordered. read more

Hector is a very nice guy, but I am very unhappy with the sod job he did in my backyard. The sprinkler system is great, so kudos for whomever Hector uses for that. Hector is not very communicative with updates and status unless pestered. The sod was delivered in the middle of the night and just dumped in the street in front of my house and the neighbor's. My mailbox was completely blocked. There are big, brown patches in the sod. Hector promised several times to come and look at it. Not only did he never show up, he has now gone completely silent - no communications whatsoever. Strange for someone who was begging me for a good review. I am no expert and have no idea what's going on with the sod. I have several ideas. He scraped the backyard and then just put the sod down on top of the bare, hard clay - no tilling of the clay and no topsoil. I practically begged him for topsoil, but for some reason he wouldn't do it, even for more money. There are multiple holes in the yard that were not filled in. He just lay the sod over the holes so that the bottom of the sod was just hanging in air with no contact with the ground. There is a spot in the middle of the yard where water pools. I suspect this is because of poor drainage and the clay being unable to absorb the moisture. This may not be Hector's fault but I expect a true professional to advise me of such things. Anyway, I have an area of my yard that doesn't look good after a sod job and I get no help from the guy who laid the sod. It may be a simple fix (or it may not be), but I am getting no advice from Hector. I find myself having to go to another company for help. I am planning on having sod installed in my front yard. I certainly will not be employing Hector for that job. On a side note, Hector provided a quote to do gutter repair. Fortunately, I went with another company Top Tier Gutter Solutions, a company that did a great job and actually cares about customer satisfaction. read more

Hector came to provide me with an estimate on Monday and completed job on Friday. Hector was friendly and very responsive. Any questions I has he made sure to answer them. My backyard had tons of weeds but thanks to hector all weeds have been removed and we can start working on our landscaping project. read more
