I had asked for other quotes from other companies and felt they didn't respond on time when I had questions on pricing and equipment unlike Texas State Alarm. They were truly a step above the competition. When the technicians came to install the alarm system and the cameras, they were both different staff workers. All four of them were professional, courteous and knowledgable. They didn't waste anytime or were vulgar at all. I highly recommend this company and you will not be disappointed at all.

You can't even do it a year after you stop using the service and are still paying because you haven't figured out how to cancel and your credit card no longer works and they actually call you! When that happens, they tell you it is too late in the evening, and that branch of service is now (conveniently) closed, and you will have to call back. No, they won't contact you, they are't allowed to call out, so they say, even though they have called me on several occasions. I consider this nothing more than a money dump. Don't do it!!
