I went with texas state alarm from La Feria, Tx. b/c I saw many great reviews but now i kinda regret it. I signed a contract with Moises, stipulating the cost on everything including the labor on paperwork. When i went to pay after the installation, they added 5 hrs. of labor. They just wanted to add anything to make more money. They knew what they were doing, this isn't thier first rodeo! read more

I went with Texas State Alarm after being referred by two other coworkers. I spoke to the owner regarding of installing an alarm system and security cameras around my residence. The owner, Shad Gutierrez, was knowledgeable and helpful in giving ideas of where to place the cameras. I had asked for other quotes from other companies and felt they didn't respond on time when I had questions on pricing and equipment unlike Texas State Alarm. They were truly a step above the competition. When the technicians came to install the alarm system and the cameras, they were both different staff workers. All four of them were professional, courteous and knowledgable. They didn't waste anytime or were vulgar at all. I highly recommend this company and you will not be disappointed at all. read more

Texas state alarm is really the best option for the RGV area. We got at least two quotes from door knockers and we called Texas state alarm and they helped guide us through the initial quote. The technicians were very friendly and taught us very well how to use it. Will definitely recommend them. read more

To my surprise, I received a phone call from a collection agency today stating I was delinquent on my payment...FIRST OF ALL, NEVER HAVE I EVER received a statement from TSA! This company has all of their equipment! I was on auto withdrawal so when with them they received every penny! I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS POSSIBLE! BBB is next on my to do list to contact! read more

I love dealing with a local company....My mom has been really happy with her service over the past 3 years we really appreciate the fact when there is an issue Shad and TSA are ready to help.. I can't always be close by to check up on my mom, but with the alarm notifications i can see if she's been home and arming her system at night...not to mention the medical pendon...that really comes in handy...thanks again!! read more

I have to say If your looking for an alarm company that is easy to deal with and doesn't make you feel like another number like some of the large companies. Texas State Alarm made my Mom's life some much easier. I live in Austin and with the Interactive service they provide i can keep track of when she uses her system...Thanks Shad! They installed the doorbell which works wonders! I also purchased the overhead garage door control so I can open and close it from my phone. That has saved me because I have had ups leave packages in my garage for me. The office down to the installers are professional and work quickly to resolve any issues I may have!
