im not the one to leave a bad review but my mother in law that doesn't know english, shes told me to do this for her...that Diego Ibarra today was being extremely rude through the phone and was yelling at her over a hard drive with her immigration information history and he swears that she has it but if a lawyer asked for that, he should be the one with that hard drive, and she cant go forward with getting any citizenship without it and he doesn't wanna give it to her...he also doesn't wanna return or answer her calls and also my mother in law other lawyer also tried calling and emailing and he doesn't wanna answer nothing...so in our part we do not recommend this lawyer at all read more

I cannot even begin how unprofessional the staff are. They charge you for a service and then give you the run around when you ask for a confirmation or tracking number for the paperwork that they supposedly have done. Each person you talk too says someone else's name and put the blame on them. Multiple phone calls and more than 2 visits and they still give you the run around. Very disrespectful how they treat their clients, simply put run away in the opposite direction of this place. read more

Awful. The secretary and Diego Ibarra don't pay attention to any of the forms they file. They only grab the $900 and send the form to USCIS. Diego Ibarra and the secretary are rude and very incompetent. I would give them zero stars but that's not possible unfortunately. read more
