Business doesn't stand behind life time warranty! I had my…read moretruck repaired there it had 28,000 miles on it was less than 2years old. The front bumper was replaced along with other parts. The truck had no rock dings on the old bumper at 28,000 miles. After Precision Collision in Bossier City painted it Within 8,000 miles the paint started to blister up and chip off. By time I got it back to Precision Collision Curry the owner claimed it was rock chips and there Was no Lifetime Warranty on rock chips. We went around and around about it and he said if he repainted it it would cost him $1500.00 out of his pocket. So he claimed it was rock chips no warranty. He had his paint both guy come look and he made the same claim rock chips. There was at least 100 places the paint blistering had came off. I told them both for 28,000 miles I have driven on I-49 and I-30 with no rock chips and now traveling 8,000 on same roads I have 100 rock chips. The response from paint booth guy was you can get rock chips on I-49 and I-30. Then they both told me to take to another paint and body shop and see what they say. I took the truck to 2 different body shops in Plano TX. The first one said the bumper had some kind of contaminant on it when it was painted. The second one laughed when I told him that Precision Collision had claimed it was rock chips. He said there was a contaminant on bumper when painted or the bumper was not primed before painting. I replaced all parts on the truck with OEM parts the cost on my part $1800.00 above what the insurance company would pay. The OEM bumper was primed. The third paint and body shop in Louisiana told me that when painting a front bumper You spray on a Harding liquid (don't remember what it's called) and it has to have time to dry. He told me that they put the final coat of paint on the front bumper before it dried and the liquid is what is blistering up and chipping off the paint. He said Curry should have taken care of the problem. AGAIN THERE IS NO LIFETIME WARRANTY AT PRECISION COLLUSION!

I immediately informed the shop and was told to bring it back. When I asked how long the repair would take, I was assured that I would hear back the same day or by the next day. Unfortunately, a full week went by with no updates until I reached out myself. The new issue was with my Bluetooth system, which is essential since our state requires hands-free driving. I had to bring my car back multiple times, but even after two or three attempts, the Bluetooth still does not work properly. To make matters worse, the shop has now stopped responding to me altogether. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Not only did my car come back with a new problem, but I am now forced to pay another mechanic to fix what they broke. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to resolve the issue make it very difficult for me to recommend this shop.

If I could put in 0 stars, I would. I highly recommend that you don't use this place. I brought my…read morecar in for a small problem, and this is what I encountered here. Keep in mind that I still must find a place to get my problem fixed. They didn't fix it, plus they caused two new problems with my vehicle. I have not had it fixed yet because I feel that I should not have to pay for new problems that were not there before I brought the car there. Also, now it's hard to trust anyone after my experience there. When it was time to leave and Payton gave me my keys, he only mentioned things I told him from the beginning. I had told him that my car had a "service engine soon" light on, but it goes off as soon as I put my gas cap on correctly. But he did not tell me that I would see another light on the dashboard, a car with a wiggly line. That was not there when I brought the car in. Nor did he tell me that the steering wheel would have to face the left window in order to drive straight down the street. I quickly discovered that when I drove out of the shop. As soon as I got on the street I said, "what in the world is wrong with my car?" First, my steering wheel was facing the left window to drive straight. And next I said "what is this car with the wiggly line on the dashboard? Well, with that I turned right around in the street and went back and asked for Payton. I said I didn't have this problem with my car when I came in. He said let me see what I can do. He went and got Cameron. I told Cameron I didn't have these problems before I came here with the car. As for the car with the wiggly line, he said. "We put that on, or we connected it on because it's supposed to be on when your service engine light is on? Well, that's not true. Next, he said that as to the steering wheel facing your left window while driving straight, that's an alignment problem. Do you want us to fix it? I said that I didn't have this problem before I came here. I called my brother and put him on the speakerphone. My brother told him my sister didn't have an alignment problem before she came there. Cameron said that she wanted to be towed, so it must be the tow truck's problem. They must have done it. Well, Consumers unless you want other problems with your car that you didn't have before you went there, plus problems he didn't fix. I highly recommend that you don't go there. They put you in danger plus others near you on the road. I feel that he should have his license and permit revoked and taken away because a company shouldn't be putting people's lives in danger by not fixing their cars and causing other damage that's making them go somewhere else to fix it afterwards
