***BORROWER BEWARE*** My mother got a loan from these folks…read morein February & all went well, & I gave them 5 stars. HOWEVER, it's apparently afterwards that it all falls apart with these people. My mom has gotten 2 text messages over the last 2 months soliciting her to get more money from them, & this past Friday one of their loan agents, Michael, called & left a message saying that my mom has money available & did she want to come pick it up. My mom has hearing difficulties so I am the one who called him back today, which is Monday, because I was at work too late to return his call on Friday. He wasn't there & the woman I spoke with said that no, my mom did NOT have any money available & in fact did not even "qualify" to renew her small loan from February (even though she's paid all of it back except for the final payment, which is not due until August). After my mom & I expressed confusion about why Michael would've offered her money just 1 business day prior, the woman said her manager would review the account & call us back. That was five hours ago & she never called. So BEWARE before doing business here, because it may go well the first loan you get, but it's painfully obvious that they're not interested beyond that! To offer someone money TWICE via text, then via a personal voicemail message, then to act like they have no idea what the customer is even talking about, deny that there is in fact any money available & tell the customer they don't even "qualify" for more, promise to have the manager call to try to resolve it, & then leave them sitting by the phone waiting for five hours & not care enough to keep their word & call... is a crappy way to treat anyone... especially a current customer (now a FORMER customer, I guess). My mother & I will be retracting all the recommendations we've given you people now that we see how little you value customers. SHAME ON YOU, Kinsmith/Conyers Finance!

They even give you a reason why you are denied, or a counter offer or an alternative to the loan requested. The interesting part is, my income was 4x weaker when got my last loan. So the question is, why support a company with extremely poor customer service skills, and discriminatory actions and behavior.
