She appeared but it was a mystery so we went back inside where she found out how but Michelle began taking my key fob apart & while Roxanne was reading instructions, Michelle replaced it with a new battery!!! I ordered a 4, and the ring we received was a full size too large. When we brought it in to resize, it seemed fine for about a week before the baguettes became noticeably loose. A second, independent jeweler examined the ring and told us plainly that the platinum band needed to be fully recast, because the resizing work itself had compromised the ring's structural integrity. We brought it back to DDUSA, who recast the ring. Weeks later, once we got it back, we took it to yet another independent jeweler for an unbiased opinion, and one of the baguettes was already loose again. After three separate attempts, DDUSA has been unable to deliver a structurally sound ring. I can neither give nor recommend any business to DDUSA.

On January 8 2025 I went into Premiere Pawn Shop and purchased a watch for $30..I wore the watch…read morethe following day on my birthday and I wore it again January 27 when I returned the watch and the clasp separated and dropped with no damage to the watch the clasp just fell off...I went into Premiere Pawn today February 4th 2025..Employee Jason was standing outside...he walked in right before me as I walked up to the counter..I presented him with the watch explaining what happened stating I did not have my receipt he asked for my telephone number I stated that I didn't want a refund just maybe a simpler watch or credit...after looking at the computer for about 3 or so minutes he says sorry he couldn't help me and suggested I take it to Jared's Jewlery to have them repair it and I asked is Premiere Pawn going to pay for the repair he replied No I asked for the store manager he replied I'm the store manager and I asked what the lady who was the store manager each time I'd done business here before he said let me go get her but she's going to tell you the same thing I said please go get her Jason went into the back after a minutes he returned and said come back in a hour she's on lunch but she's going to tell you the same thing..I left the store how can I get a refund or a store credit for my $30 purchase the watch is broken the clasp just slid right off of the watch band..Ernest Butler

I went to my car to get my drivers license and when I came back in, the little cross was gone. I didn't realize it until I got home and couldn't find the cross. I've tried several times to get in touch with Amy to no avail. I asked her partner to have her call me and explained to him what happened. She has never returned my call. I just want to figure out what happened to my daughter's cross.
