When they installed the unit, without asking us, they drilled a large hole out of the front of our house. The vent is a three feet long PVC pipe that sticks out of the front of our house. We called them to correct the mistake. Three times they sent out different employees to observe the unit. Three times the employees told us the work was not performed to their standards. Three times they claimed they would fix the vent pipe to our satisfaction but they had to "order parts." The fourth time they came to our house they claimed the repair should cost $2000 to $3000 more to bring it "to code." We decided to have another plumber fix their mess. Never, ever hire Metro Plumbing. They rely on marketing and pressure sales tactics. The plumbers are very low quality. I have owned homes for 25 years and they are the most unprofessional business we have ever hired.

They have worked on my HVAC units repair and maintenance along with plumbing. My most recent was a repair to a flexible water supply line to a water heater that failed causing water damage. I was without water entirely to the whole house, so no flushing or washing hands, etc. I contacted MCS first thing in the morning and by noon that day Clarence (plumber) had fixed the problem. Clarence quickly evaluated the problem and offered a few solutions explaining the differences (cost, maintenance, expected longevity...) also identified the year of the water heater and its expected life span. In under two hours he had finished the job and explained everything he had completed including an extra shutoff valve I asked for mid service.
