They were getting ready to leave and the faucet was hanging over into the sink. They said they didn't have the part so they were done. I asked if they had looked in the box. There it was and finally got fixed. As an Architect I found it hard to believe that they were real plumbers. Avoid.

They spent approximately four hours on site using a leak detector and dug several holes, but they were unable to locate the leak.
