He installed a new sump pump for us. But instead of just putting a new one in, he fixed the pipe and connections leading to it, put some new foam on a pipe that was rubbing and needed replaced. He seriously looks out for you, thinks ahead to future problems, and doesn't do a job half way. I always learn a lot when he comes to our house. He teaches us all about the issue, how to prevent problems, and will answer any questions. He is very honest about pricing and I've always trusted him.

Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. The lady I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Called for pickup and they came out and picked it up almost immediately and did it so quietly I didn't know they had arrived!
