We figured the report was old and when we asked the dude to prove to us he did the inspection he couldn't prove himself. So basically he's a con artist and just wants free money for doing a job he never did. He said his pictures he took had date and time stamped on them and we asked him to email us some and he never did but demanded he get his money or he would take us to court. I would prefer to not give this business any stars but since I have to I give them 1. I dont what so ever recommend anyone using them at all. They are not honest and will con you out of your money.
