I got a call back saying they would contact me the next night to put us on their schedule. After 2 days and no call, I left a message asking when we would be scheduled for the job - no response. I called the next day - no response. It is up to a company whether they want to do work for someone or not, however the lack of response after stating they would do the work is the worst in customer service. I accepted the estimate. and gave the owner of the company half down payment. He was eager to get the downpayment I should have known something was wrong. He was at my door five minutes after agreeing to the estimate. He missed the start date by a week and made up a bunch excuses about his supplier that later turned out to be untrue. finally he showed up late on the day, I expected a crew but it was just two guys and a helper. I was trying to be cool about the constant showing up late on good days and leaving early but I had an insurance deadline. finally a 1/4 of the way thru the work the owner ask for a draw on the work so he could pay his employees!!! After I complained about being late and not much getting done the owner walked off the job. it turns out he didn't even pay his employee and the helper. He tried to blame it on me. He also had my roofing materials picked up lying about how much he paid for them with my money. Just a bunch of lies and excuses are all you will get with this company. Now on top of remodeling my house I have to take someone to court to get my downpayment back. Hire a professional company, remember if they can start right away something is wrong here.
