I found them online when I first got my RV and was having issues with it. Not only did Joe offer advice over the phone on how to make the repairs, he even sent me to an expert mechanic (b/c he couldn't get me in right away) who fixed the electrical issue in 15 minutes! Since then I've taken my RV to Joey's EXCLUSIVELY, not just because of the excellent service, or the very reasonable rates, but because Joe is a straight shooter, with a Christ-like attitude, honest, and with a heart of gold. His wife is the same way. Just all around awesome and kind people, not out to take advantage of anyone, but living their lives and running there business to other's advantage! 110% recommended above all others!!!

They stiffed us! We had a Schwintek slide issue. They came and looked at it, stated they would…read moreorder replacement motors and come back in a couple of days and fix the issue. We told them we were leaving in 7 days. After waiting 5 days, I called them to follow up. They stated they were having a hard time locating the parts and would get back to us later that morning with an update. After not hearing from them, I called back and they told us they were looking a used motors. I hesitantly agreed because of the time crunch. I also questioned their diagnosis as the noise was grinding gears, not a motor noise. They called me back the next day (the day before we were leaving) and informed me they would not fix our slide with no explanation of why. Luckily, there was a Lippert Technician in the campground. He happily came over and diagnosed the issue as a worn H channel and a slide alignment issue. He was unable to make the repair due the short time frame, but explained exactly how to repair the issue and provided me with their local shop information if we wanted to have it repaired with them. Maybe the fact that JCS stiffed us was a blessing since they mis-diagnosed the issue!

Joe with JSC Repair was professional, honest, friendly, and straight forward with the repairs on my camper. I had a serious roof leak with major repair, a bad water heater, and a furnace that needed service. He was able to be up front with the cost and offered different options that fit my budget. He completed all the work on time, exactly what I wanted, and within budget. Most of all, why I reccomend this business, is I felt my satisfaction as a customer was thier top priority.

New travel trailer owner. Called and asked for a ballpark quote to reseal my travel trailer. Was…read moretold unsure but $300-$400 which I understand is just what I asked a ballpark number. When I dropped off the unit gentleman looked it over and nothing further was said. I was called a few days later by the gentleman, who advised the the total was $1185.65. I explained how I was told a ballpark number near $400. He said I don't know where the number would have come from. Picked up the unit today, stared a conversation about how much the cost differs from the ballpark quote. The owner very quickly stated he doesn't work for free and the lady never told me those numbers. He said either pay $1185 or leave the unit . I understand not working for free.. however nobody would accept a cost of three times the original ballpark without even a phone call to see if this is ok to proceed. Will never return and will advertise often about my experience. The requested work was not satisfactory either, didn't even do a complete reseal as asked, touched up the vents not new sealant, the lights were also not resealed either. See photos

My slide had to be removed for repairs and, because of manufacturing defects, some rotted floor had to be replaced, and some other issues along with electrical (again, a dealer caused problem). I stopped there on a trip and let them have it for 2 days and the work was done very well. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Even though they are 1,000 miles from my house, I will save any major repair that can make it here until I am on a trip so they can work on it. Very happy customer here.
