I have been going to this CareNow for several years now. The wait times are long sometimes, but at…read moreleast I can wait at home. The staff have always been professional and friendly. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind. They have always taken good care of me and my family members. They recommended that I have Physical Therapy for my arm, gave me the referral Information. They escribed my medication to my pharmacy. Two days later they called for follow up just to see how I was doing. They proceeded to assist with my referral and verified that it was in network with my insurance. I don't think that they know that I am a Registered nurse, but they were on point! Dee

I saw a nurse practitioner name Carolyn Brown, FNP-C. She gave me instructions to examine and swap my vagina myself I have never ever felt so discriminated on I will be reporting her to other medical agencies, including getting some legal guidance. I mean, what did you go to school for whether I wanted to be examined or not that should have never been an option and that should've never came out of her mouth. If I can give -0 I would

I was listened to, which is always nice as a woman, and was genuinely cared for. 10/10 no notes. Facility was clean. Could use a fresh coat of paint, but it's overall a nice rural hospital.

My wife, mom of 2 with another one on the way cares about nothing more than her children. She was around 7 weeks pregnant when we came. I travel for work so we are away from her regular OB which mind you is one of the best in the state of Missouri. He delivered both of our kids as well as my wife and myself. Needless to safe he is very seasoned . We had just seen him for her first appointment Monday and everything was looking good. We even got to hear the baby's heart beat. Wednesday night rolls around and she starts spot bleeding, definitely concerning so we reach out to her OB. He tells us if it doesn't stop go to the ER. Thursday morning she is still spotting and it's seems to be getting worse. So I leave work early to watch the kids so she can go to the ER. They took blood twice, told her she needed to take the RhIg shot which her OB planned to give her at our next appointment with him. She questioned if she needed to take it being her OB planned giving it to her mid November, the nurse proceeded to make the statement to my wife "are you trying to miscarry". They did a vaginal ultrasound and told my wife the baby had a heart beat but wouldn't tell her what it was. Sent my wife on her way with her condition being unspecified. Whatever that means. So she leaves the ER more worried than when she arrived. Saturday rolls around and she is still bleeding. So we make an emergency 8hr drive home to see her OB who comes in on his day off just to see her. My wife's OB nurses have reached out to this ER to obtain her records and they were even rude to them over the phone. Make the 30 minute drive to Ennis and avoid this place.
