First chiropractor visit ever, Bekkum was rather nice and seemed thorough with his initial exam. The questionnaire was weirdly long, but they are nice enough to remind you to come early to fill it out or to email it to you so you can fill it out beforehand. Everyone was rather nice, but not exactly professional. They allowed a client to enter with two ESAs, which is awesome! The issue is only that they don't seem to require the owners to use leashes... However, they adjusted my back and hips on the first visit and are attempting to establish repeat business in a number of ways which I can appreciate. Dr. Bekkum is the best chiropractor I've been to. He has a complete approach to the problem that addresses the root of the problem rather than just doing an adjustment. He uses state of the art techniques and keeps up on all of the new research and trends. Dr. Paul has been a wonderful help to me. He gave me an adjustment at the NDSU horse arena which is where it all started. Just by doing a few stretches and watching me walk he told me exactly what he thought was wrong. I scheduled an appointment with him where he used some machines to find out more, only to find out what he originally thought was right on. I was up and going in no time with no pain.
