Established in 2016.

Intentional Wellness, formerly known as Namaste Massage & Healing Arts, was established to enable my clients to find healing of the roots causes of pain and stress in their lives. I believe in holistic approaches to health and wellness and the importance of individual care plans, both in session and at home.

Meet the Business Owner: Joy Y.

Intentional Wellness is owned by me, Joy Yates, licensed massage therapist in Nebraska. My goal is to help educate, promote and perform massage treatments which enable my clients to move through life happier, healthier, and pain free. I believe in the healing power of touch in all parts of life, which is why I also work as a hospice massage therapist, assisting those who are transitioning out of this physical body and life. Intentional Wellness is meant to bring about intentional healing in body, mind, and spirit, providing treatments to meet individual needs.
