Once I paid her they call me to let me know it had been approved so I asked about serving him and they tell me "oh we have a messenger and we charge $120". I said no you guys told me the Sheriffs would take care of that. So then they tell me "Oh yea but you have to take the paperwork to them". The whole point of paying them was for them to take care of everything. During our conversation I mentioned to her about the car issue I was having with him. Given the car is under my name. Rather than informing me that I could actually add the car to the restraining order she didn't say anything. I called her back to ask because a friend had told me I could add the car too. Now she tells me she will charge me $100 to amend the restraining order to add the car. I asked her why she didn't tell me this when I shared with her about my car and she tells me she did. Veronica is a liar who will just take your money so please go somewhere else. I have no problem paying but do not lie to me to try and get more money!!

They didn't tell me I had a court date, they advised me to use their address for court docs when I told them I didn't have a place to stay after my separation and they've lost or misplaced all my documents and mail or claim they never received anything.
