I really DO NOT recommend this place. I went to Veronica to put a restraining order on my ex boyfriend. First off, she told me the Sheriff Department would take care of serving him. Once I paid her they call me to let me know it had been approved so I asked about serving him and they tell me "oh we have a messenger and we charge $120". I said no you guys told me the Sheriffs would take care of that. So then they tell me "Oh yea but you have to take the paperwork to them". The whole point of paying them was for them to take care of everything. During our conversation I mentioned to her about the car issue I was having with him. Given the car is under my name. Rather than informing me that I could actually add the car to the restraining order she didn't say anything. I called her back to ask because a friend had told me I could add the car too. Now she tells me she will charge me $100 to amend the restraining order to add the car. I asked her why she didn't tell me this when I shared with her about my car and she tells me she did. Veronica is a liar who will just take your money so please go somewhere else. I have no problem paying but do not lie to me to try and get more money!! read more

Invest your money into a company that will invest their time back into you as their client. They never answer the phone, never call back when they say "let me go ahead and check it out for you and I'll give you a call right back". I've literally called 17 times in one day BACK TO BACK TO BACK before they answered. I've been in the process for 2 1/2 years and have only made contact twice . They didn't tell me I had a court date, they advised me to use their address for court docs when I told them I didn't have a place to stay after my separation and they've lost or misplaced all my documents and mail or claim they never received anything. This place is terrible , don't waste your time or money. They continue to take clients money when they can't even handle who they have now. Para de dar le dinero a esta compañía. Horrible people , horrible service, Veronica Torro is a real blood sucker , she knew that I need help all she needs is money not helping : Situation was I need to evict the tenant out and this Nuttapong Treyavong claimed himself to be a professional service working under Lawyer Veronica Torro ( she's not a lawyer she's just paralegal and It's illegal to open up the office without lawyer cover her ) charged me here and there almost 3000$ but in the result can not do anything until I find the real lawyer to do all the process just less than 700$ !!! Veronica helped me with my divorce. Everything happened as she originally stated. I did find myself calling her a few times but it was because I was super nervous however she always found a way to calm my nerves. She was helpful and professional. The pandemic did however slow down the court process though that was out of her control. She did a great job in my opinion. read more

We went to this company and spoke with Maria in regards to a custody case. Told my wife she would be in court next month and she would expedite the whole procedure. Month later and nothing. Making excuse for the next month and so forth. Finally got a court date 5 months later. 6 days after the original court date. What a fucking joke. Are you serious? Why would anyone be happy with this. Proof of service wasn't even made. ALL LIES !!! This company is Shady and will just take your money and NOT do anything you ask for. As a previous person said, when things go wrong they just ignore you, specially when they got paid. Did not want to put this on here but when they have failed to return calls, my purpose is that others do not go through this experience. From day one they have been saying that due to Covid they are not able to process the paper work in the court house. When we should be the one's being the petitioners now we are the respondents all because we believe the Covid excuse. The other party not only got an emergency hearing, they also served me, now we are out the money, no paper work at all and I have to respond. All just because they said Covid slowed things down and that it would take two weeks and then 1 month to 2 months to get a court date. All lies, the worst part is that they have no dignity to even call back or answer to the phone. read more

I see I'm not the only one that sees through this scam operation. I spoke to illegal squatters at a property and they said they had a lawyer. Turns out to be this office. They face arrest, possible deportation and could lose their child in all of this but their "lawyer" is telling them to ignore police instructions. Wow! People do have rights, but the law is clear on proof. I can't believe they can represent themselves qualified to give legal advice and pretend to be lawyers and on top of that charge a huge amount and still be in business! How is that possible? I used this company in 2011 for a bankruptcy. Completely professional and would use again if basic legal assistance is needed.

I put a star because I have to rate this office. In all reality it should ZERO stars. I spoke to a Veronica and I asked her how much would her fee be for assistance In filling out bankruptcy papers. No filing, I would do it pro per, I just needs assistance in filling out papers correctly she said she couldn't do it that an attorney had to do it because she could fill it out wrong and all theses excuses. Well first off if she is a paralegal she should be aware and up to date on how fill out certain legal documents that she provides services for right?! Her customer Service is horrible and their prices are ridiculous! I strongly suggest you don't use their services, I guess I made the mistake of trying to use their services without taking into consideration their 1 star rating! read more
