We have been trying to get a principle payment applied to our principle balance with Intercap Lending since they cashed the check on February 9. They have been horrible to work with, even though we have sent clear concise communication and relayed that we wanted the whole amount applied to principle - not some skewed applied towards future payments and some applied to principle - especially when we have auto pay on our mortgage. I've talked with Don, who deferred to Gary, and on message Rex went from promising it would be straightened out - addressing both my husband and me - to just addressing me saying Gary has conflicting information between my husband and I - ridiculous. Male chauvinistic behavior. Husband will now have to take the time, again, on Monday to request Gary do what we have been simply asking for 3 weeks now. This isn't brain surgery, but it is our money they are dinking around with. read more

I had to stop working so I can be staying with my kids and wife is the only place they can stay on is our car. however They qualify us. For $180.000 I and zoey told me to start look for house I find house 2 hours away from where I live. Then they say it's really hard to get you the loan under your Name but we will do it I just mention I may can have my mother in law as co-signer. When's I just say that they come up with there's no way I can qualify with just my name. we had my mother in law as co-signer. Even tho I'm first time buyer I have full time job my score is 669. They did not need to qualify me. and the loan we getting through FHA is require only 500 score but Cole say no they need your score to be 700 and more. But they anyway end up telling us they have to remove my Name and get the loan under my mother in law name only. It's will be faster and easy. but they only need her transfer letter. My mother in law job tell her you can put your transfer but we will not give any paper. To show you are transferring. However we ask Cole how about we get her new job there he say yes that will work but have the New Work write to her a paper with her hourly Rate and the day she will start work we find her housekeeping work we get them the paper then they said. She can't be qualify. Because she's not going to be making food in her new job so she have to make food so we can get her the loan. also they never call me or text me for update I have to ask if I don't ask then they even forget about me. need to say this if you don't know how to do something. Just don't do it. They say on their website 100% Risk free They play with my life and my family life the a game if we don't qualify why would you say we are and we told you we are giving our house by 01/30/2021. They told me we will get you the loan no metter what They Try so hard to do the things is easy for them they don't care if it's going to be hard on us i have all their message even tho they lie about something they say no we did not. This company is only out to get your money! I decided to do a cash out refinance and decided to do business with this company (specifically Alfonso and Steve). I thought I was getting a good deal until I did some shopping around and got a much better deal with another lender. Unfortunately when I decided to take my business elsewhere the employees at Intercap lending dragged their feet transferring my documents to the new company and in the end the appraisal I paid out of pocket for was completely useless. The appraisal needed to have a comment added about solar panels, my new lender was unable to have the comment added because he wasn't the original lender who ordered the appraisal. I asked if Intercap could help and they flat out refused. I would have already closed on this refinance but thanks to NO HELP from intercap, I still haven't. I'm sorry that I couldn't do business with intercap, I would have stayed with them but they gave me a crappy deal. 5.3% interest and almost 10k in closing costs. I got a better deal 4.75% with 6k in closing costs. But here's the thing, I literally had a bidding war to keep my business and eventually Intercap was able to get me a deal close to that, but they couldn't beat the deal that I got in the end. Why is it that I had to go to another company to get a better deal? Why wasn't it first offered to me in the first place? This is why I said from the beginning, INTERCAP LENDING IS ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS THEY CAN! Worst experience of my life. read more

They are the worst! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Got a letter and I called to see if I qualify for Home Affordable Refi Program. Spoke to Noelle, who took my info and told me she'd call back. Never did. Then I got a hold of her and she explained she is so busy and sorry, bla, bla, bla. She took all my info over the phone of mortgage, insurance, hoa, addresses (was for two homes) which was time consuming but I knew I had to do it to refi. Then she never called me back and never returned my calls to even tell me if I didn't qualify. So I called back and spoke to Scott Johns, and he never called back. I gave up and called a different lender. read more

I was completely impressed with Steve's process of getting our loan completed. He was quick to respond to my emails. He helped me understand the process the entire time.
