There is a parking garage and also valet parking if you prefer. My appointment with Dr. Shah almost always runs on time. I rate Dr. shah as an excellent doctor. He doesn't rush me and takes the time to do a thorough consultation. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because of how difficult it is to get through to this office on the phones. It can sometimes take over an hour of waiting. They do offer a call back service but if you miss that then you have to start all over again. Given how busy they are and how many doctors they have, they should really employ more people for the phones. It's often quicker to drive there and speak to the front desk than it is to call in.

Therefore could not have the test done after all that fighting. I had to end up going to urgent care and spending more money because they simply could not do their job at first physicians, not him nor front desk staff. I would not recommend going to him or First Physician's or you will likely have horrible added unnecessary stress on top of your illness instead of actual help and care.
