Since then, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Despite paying over $80,000 for a full roof replacement, the roof is still leaking to this day, damaging my materials and equipment. Worse, these ongoing leaks have prevented me from obtaining an occupancy permit, which means I cannot operate my business and am still paying $7,500 a month in rent for a space I cannot use. FIVE-Star Roofing has sent out three different crews on three different occasions to try and fix the issue, and each time, the leak returns. When I reach out for help, I'm told they're waiting for the owner to "schedule me when they're in the area." That excuse has now dragged on for over four months. This company's lack of urgency and accountability has cost me money, time, and extreme stress. It's unacceptable for a business--especially one in the roofing industry, where structural integrity is critical--to be this unresponsive and indifferent to their customers' well-being and financial investment. If you're a business owner depending on quality work and professionalism, I cannot in good conscience recommend FIVE-Star Roofing.
