I had called for 4 days with no return calls; the home health nurse even reached out and to no avail we never received her order and we are on week 2. THE WORST COMPANY! Please have your Dr. use other resources to save you the headache and trouble from this company. If you use insurance, I know some are finicky on who you can use. Research if you must. I'm starting with service I was trying to get the oxygen…read moredepartment I was supposed to get oxygen last Thursday Well the delivery person showed up so fast I was not expecting anything Thursday they attempted delivery before I made it home from the cancer clinic There was a door knob hanger on the door they were there only 10 minutes before us they left an attempt time of 5:30 We got there at 5:40 Anyway there was no answer I left a message A male called back around 7 stating his name was Sean n he would help me It went on he said there was no record of such a thing No one attempted delivery no one went to my house etc etc Then he said he would schedule me a delivery date and time Very slow he mumbled then said he didn't have any dates available I could not believe this!!!
