It wasn't until I disputed the charge that I received an influx of calls from AAA Affordable Glass. The second time I worked with them and all seemed well. I contacted them back for an install with glass to my staircase; the guy's came by, performed measurements but never followed up for 4 months (November 2020.) I'm having some shower repairs made to my master bathroom and simp requested that they assist with temporarily removing the glass and also paying to have additional glass added, so that my Contractors could make the repairs and although I've spoken to the same rude/unprofessional lady that overcharged my card AND have sent and received messages from the guy Alex bc it's obvious he's reading my messages he fails to respond at all. I was even told that they would return my call (female Admin) and when I hadn't heard from them I called back ONLY to be sent immediately into voicemail. Unprofessional and rather confusing. After the parts arrived, the crew arrived and did a professional looking but incomplete install because someone apparently forgot to order some parts (some clamps/hinges) that were needed to complete the install. The crew told me the parts would take a while to arrive. In the meantime, the office staff emailed me and mailed an invoice for the full amount. I pointed out that they hadn't completed the job, and they demanded 90% of the payment instead. I pointed out that our agreement was not for 90% of a shower, it was for a COMPLETE install. They repeated their demand for 90% payment. Fairly unprofessional behavior from the administrative staff: failing to order the correct parts, scheduling an incomplete install, then demanding payment before completion of the job.

Due to my hectic schedule, I had to reschedule my first appointment for measuring several times but they were very patient and worked with me. The guy that came to do my measurements was Michael McWilliams and he was fantastic. He always called to let me know when he was on the way and he was very quick and efficient. When it was time for my second appointment to install the actual mirror, Michael and one of his colleagues showed up and flawlessly installed the mirror in less than 30min! I asked the installers about the cracks and they told me that the cracks are natural and I would have to call the office with any concerns. I called the office and they told me that the cracks are natural and I would have to pay for another installation if I want it changed. They offered to do a small bathroom free of cost as a compromise but I refused. I went to three other counter top companies, showed them the pictures and they all agreed that the cracks are not natural. I asked Countertop Central to either replace the counters at no additional cost to me or remove it and refund my money but they are refusing.
