The entire time the crews (Siding and Painting) were in my yard, I felt like angels were hovering. The Siding crew had beautiful, peaceful eyes. I rarely heard them talk but when I was able to hear them, they spoke quietly to each other. They worked from 8:30am to 7:30-8:30pm, cleaned up, then came back the next morning with the same amount of energy to work all day long. The Painters were amazing!!!!! I loved the Girl Power they had and the male leader that helped them along the way. They worked the same hours, 10-12 hours per day in the heat. The gutter crew did the work in 2 hours and it is beautiful and matches the paint perfectly. It is impossible to not like Mr. Dibble. Enock was gentle, encouraging, pastor-ly, and father-ly in the way he advised me. Dayana proactively communicated with me daily on EVERYthing. They paid attention to me and were totally trustworthy in whatever they advised me to do. We are thankful that we went through Lowe's and that Lowe's sent ABC. I can add only that ABC learn to be like McDonalds. Ask about add-ons up front and DON'T be afraid to discuss money, especially the final payment, which took several phone calls, probably ten customer service agents who avoided telling me the issue, but then came HOPE today who told me the bottom line about the addition to the second half of the payment. HOPE was brave enough to tell me - lol. Be like McDonalds. They offer the add-on of a hot apple pie or drink and give the price without hesitation at the order box. They don't wait until you get to the pay window to hesitantly offer an add-on or the total price. They don't wait until you get to the pickup window, either. They do it at the order board. ABC should not be afraid to offer add-ons that Lowe's allows or they see are needed, right up front, so as not to have the customer getting the hesitation from several Customer service reps over several days when the project is finished. OTHERWISE, LOWE'S WAS PERFECT IN SENDING ABC AND I HAVE TOLD MANY, MANY, MANY PEOPLE TO USE LOWE'S FOR PROJECTS to be assured of getting people that can be trusted AND TO USE ABC FOR THEIR HOME REMODELING NEEDS. I LOVE ABC and all the people I dealt with there, including Mr. Jim Dibble (great man), Enock (gentle, wise, pastor-ly, fatherly, Supervisor), Dayana who communicated with me proactively almost daily, Ty, Stacie, Dusti, and Renaldo. Matt Polley and America's Best Choice Windows did a great job replacing rotted windows at our house. I received 5 bids from different companies. Some of the companies claimed their windows had certain qualities, but if you did your homework, you realize they didn't. Some big companies were very expensive, which surprised me. Also, If you read the fine print of most of the warranties, they were worthless. ABC gave us the windows with the features we wanted at a good price with the best warranty (transferable!) of the 5 quotes. ABC is also Trust Dale backed. So lucky I found these guys. Intro: I went to two other companies before ABC, Marvin Infinity and Renewal by Anderson. The prices these guys were quoting were out of control, and not only that, their sales tactics were so predatory and annoying -- they stayed in your home forever and pushed you to buy on the spot for discounts. ABC was just heaven after that whole ordeal. No pressure. Straight to the point. No attempt to upsell. Just wow. Product: I was really worried that these windows were going to be super cheap because the quote was so much less, but I didn't want to skimp on cheap parts after investing so much in a new deck. Installed, these windows look SO nice. Super clean, nice white color (not your typical hospital white and matches my sherman williams simply white trim), thin margins (a concern I had going replacement, since I could have done new construction). Everyone compliments these windows. Order: I had a bit of a hiccup on the order as I had some windows that had to be custom made that we didn't find out until a month when all the windows but some were ready, but ABC made it work by rushing the others and still completing the whole install in a reasonable amount of time. They also honored the original price, so that was nice. Install: Again, everything went super well. They did a great and quick install, and largely left everything fairly clean. I only had to do minimal touch up where there was major window changes, like replacing window and transom with a single large window. Gutters: I also went ahead and did gutters with these guys, and that went super smooth as well. These gutters look so clean, and the install was a breeze. Price was fair compared to other quotes. Conclusion: I over analyze and research everything to a fault. It is a character flaw, but seriously, if you're in the market for windows, don't hesitate and just use these guys. read more

They gave us several hints as to how to properly clean and take care of the windows. Fast forward to two years later and I notice that we somehow got a chip in a window. I called them and asked about a replacement. They didn't question me and ordered a replacement free of charge. Within 2 weeks it was replaced. I should have listened to my gut when their sales guy took two weeks to get back to me with a simple estimate, and another two weeks when we asked about adjusting a few elements. They were still the cheapest option, though not by much, so we put in an order to replace a window and three doors in JULY. We even scheduled painters for November because there was no way that could possibly not get done before winter hit, right? Skip to February. Wrong orders not once, but twice. Interminable delays. Cold, uncomfortable installation. Painters have to come out AGAIN. I can't stress enough how much I wish I'd just paid for competent contractors. Going through TrustDale I chose this company to replace an old fence. This was in August, 2022. I am still (April, 2023) dealing with issues caused the contractor America's Choice (American Fence) chose to perform this work. In addition to having to call to have clean up completed, I also had to have agent fill in holes in yard caused when contractors replaced fence poles. I was also without phone and internet for some time because contractors cut phone line. Lastly, I just received a notice from lawyer/collections for AT&T that I owe $260 for cable line repair which America's Choice did not pay when AT&T billed them. read more

Great experience from start to finish! From my salesperson, Ryan to the installer Gus very professional and accommodating. Windows arrived before the estimated delivery date and setting up the appointment for install was quick and easy. Installer called when they were on the way and arrived promptly on time. Two guys installed 9 windows in 3 hours! Removed the old ones, installed, cleaned up and caulked each window. Gus took his time answering my questions and demonstrated how the windows opened, locked and even tilted in to clean the outside windows from the inside! Hesitantly i sent an email to them, next day i received a call from their office. This was the first step to amazing customer service.. REsponded to a complaint after 8 years. I saw someone else's comment that they are Trust Dale Certified. We had every window replaced in the house. Multiple windows had rotten sills and brick moulding. I requested the contractor to replace any and all rotten sills and/or brick moulding he came across during the instal. WE were more than willing to pay the $50/window fee. After all the windows were installed, only two of our sills were visibly repaired and replaced. I asked why the others were not repaired and the contractor advised I "slap on some bondo". I insisted on the repair. Mike came back out and scabbed on some small moulding pieces, it looks terrible.....Fast forward two years, I noticed paint on one of sills was chipping off. Well...that is because he scabbed on a sill facade to a piece of dry rotted sill that was not visible. This on a 5 foot picture window. His work sucks. In my previous review for window replacement, the same salesman Roger was knowledgeable in replacing siding. I chose vinyl siding and after researching about siding I knew Roger knew that product as well and I was ready to move forward. About 7 weeks after I signed the contract, the material was delivered on a Friday and the following Monday, my installation crew showed up bright and early to start the job. The installers had over 25 years experience and it showed with their attention to detail. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. I was really surprised since there was a lot of debris after removing the old siding. There were no problems, the men were courteous and the job was beautiful when completed. Last summer my neighbor used America's Best Choice Windows for her 1978 home. Mine is similar to hers and she raved how much she loves them. Simple, affordable and the salesman (Jim) came out without the dog and pony show. Literally about 45 min to show us the options, measure the windows (16 of them) and tell us a total price. I was sold. 4 weeks later, installers came. Even with a rainy day, they brought cloths for my floors, vacuumed as they finished each window and even went to Home Depot for a trim piece they broke to make it right, without even asking. I did not have a good experience with a quote for window replacement from a Sales person from Roswell. He showed up for my "free estimate" and didn't measure the windows. He was too lazy to get on a ladder. He said someone would be back to measure them and added a $75 charge for measuring them to my quote. His estimate was filled with overinflated charges and hidden fees. It even included a surcharge of $200 because I only had 3 windows to replace instead of 4. His quote also included shipping and handling fees for the windows. I felt very taken advantage. read more

This review has nothing to do with the window division of this company they are outstanding. This is about the garage door ordering division and it really only involves one person (Marty) supposedly the vice president. He is about as unprofessional as they come. 1st they have our doors in but they don't have the motors but will sell us the more expensive motor to complete the job, no thanks we will wait for the motors. Next... they have the motors in and we set up a time to install. Next...day of install they don't have the doors(what happened to our doors? No one seems to know. Doors are reordered and will be in in 2 weeks. 2 weeks plus 10 days go by and no call on our doors, so we call, Marty has no idea where there are and will call back. Marty calls back with no reason why the doors are not in yet but his solution is he is going to give me the phone number and order number of the manufacturer and I can call them and find out myself ( you have to be kidding me) this is the vice president of the division and he is telling the customer to do his job. Now that being said was not happy with the internal staff on the other end. Used Americas Best Choice Windows in 2017 for an Atlanta rehab. It was a 1950's ranch with a carriage house. Needless to say, the window sizes were funky and the inspection picked up lead in one window. The cost, quality, and installation more than exceeded my expectations. The lead remediation cost was very reasonable. The wait for the windows was about a month due to summer rush. I would recommend ABC for any windows project. read more

Get ready for Fees!!! I needed four windows replaced and wanted the advertised windows at $189 each ($756 + tax), replace the window sill and moulding at $175 per window. Without all of the additional fees added the total was $1579.56. The price would have been higher if I had not agreed to dispose of the old windows $75, remove/reinstall the shutters $160, remove/replace the blinds $100, and remove the storm windows $120. The sales rep insisted on installing "stops" which he said I did not need but would be in trouble with the boss if he didn't include them on the quote at $75 per window. Needless to say I stopped the sales rep and challenged all of the fees. He tossed the paperwork at me, got into his car and left. In my opinion this company is looking for customers that are totally uneducated in home repair/remodeling. Do your homework and make an educated decision. I have no complaints about the installers as they did a good job. I have no complaints about the price as I had PVC replaced on each window so as not to have rotten wood on a window. But the sales guy Jim Dibble said he would take care of the person that referred me to them and he never did. I am writing this post because I have no problem with the company or the product but I spent a lot of money and I'm sure the salesman made money on us but he never delivered on his promise which is to take care of the person that referred us to them. This company does not stand behind their work and their work is shoddy at best. My mom who is a senior citizen saved for a year to have Windows put in her home and worked for months picking the right company and then hired Americas Best Choice. Let's just say that their name is quite ironic bc I don't think she could have made a worse selection of a company. These guys put her windows in and within a week we had a bad rain and inches of water came through the windows into her dining room, ruining her laminate hardwood floors. Literally ruined them. They are buckled out from area under the window extending 4 feet across her dining room. Additionally a different window was not installed correctly and there is a draft in her living room. After contacting the salesperson who said someone would call - no one did. After placing 3 more calls - they finally sent an "inspector" to her house who came in and spent about 1 minute assessing that it wasn't possible that the Windows leaked even tho he visibly saw standing water in the windowsill. He Didn't even entertain the floor damage for a single second but argued there wasn't any way the leakage came from the Windows. After arguing with him - he said he would bring his manager back within the next day or 2. After 5 days she called again and 2 different people said someone would come inspect. No one came. She called again and asked for the President and was told that someone already came to inspect the Windows and that their records show that it wasn't their fault - end of story. Now my mom is left with poorly installed Windows and ruined dining room floors. DO NOT use this company if you care about the quality and ability of someone working in your home. My mom had 40 year old Windows that didn't leak and now has poorly installed new Windows and a ruined dining room floor thanks to "Americas Best Choice". What a joke of a name. read more

These folks are extremely professional, from the sales representative, to the customer service depart to the installers. The sales rep went over everything and I was not confused about what to expect. I was called as soon as the windows and doors came in and we scheduled the installation that met my availability. The installers came out and even under adverse (rain) conditions, they put everything in and I could not be happier. The customer service folks called me the following day to make sure that I was satisfied. The house feels so much more comfortable. No more feeling drafts when walking by the windows. Last year, as a quick "fix", I tacked beach towels over my windows. It looked hideous and did little to help keep the cold out (or warm in), but I didn't think I could afford new windows. I could not tolerate the freezing cold in the house due to useless 40 year old single pane windows. I was skeptical of the companies advertised in the mail packs, that the prices are so low it must be too good to be true, will be bait and switch or poor quality, but I contacted them just to be sure. In all, I contacted 3 companies to come on the same day. America's Best Choice Windows of Atlanta salesperson (Bruce) called the day before to confirm the appointment. On the phone I asked a lot of questions about pricing & quality. He assured me that their quality would go head-to-head with just about every window replacement company and be considerably cheaper. The next day he showed up on time with his demo window. I was convinced about the quality and the reputation of the company (Lifetime warranty!) and we wrote the order. I was SHOCKED at how inexpensive the total was. I called the other 2 companies (who did not call to re-confirm) to cancel. One company didn't even ask why I was canceling or if I wanted to reschedule. The other company canceled on me because it ended up being a "snow" day in Atlanta. Bruce carefully measured each window and said the new windows would be ready in about 3 weeks. In 3 weeks I received a call to schedule installation. The day before the install they called to confirm and let me know the name of the installers. The installers showed up (early, in the pouring rain) and were extremely professional, neat and clean. When they left, the work areas were immaculate. We did a final walk through and I cannot emphasize enough that the quality of the windows, the price and the installation are beyond my expectations. read more
