Had nothing to do with why I was there, but they saw an issue and took it upon themselves to make sure my new truck looked amazing. Did window tint, PPF wrap, and ceramic coating. They worked with me on the cost and even ultimately upgraded the ceramic coating at no extra cost. Truck looks amazing. I cannot express how amazing the people and their work are here at KleenTech. When I informed Toussaint Customs, they presented me with a $2,400 storage bill -- for a vehicle they were explicitly asked not to hold, on which no actual repair work was ever performed. To put that number in perspective: it is $600 less than the original repair estimate, and $900 more than State Farm's payout on the total loss. I explained my situation plainly. I am a disabled veteran, a single father of two, and a full-time college student working two jobs. My truck is not a convenience -- it is how I get to work, to school, and to care for my children. I was met with sympathy at first. Once it became clear there was money to extract, that sympathy disappeared entirely. Toussaint Customs ignored a direct customer request, performed zero work, and is now demanding nearly $2,400 in fees from someone already dealing with the aftermath of an accident they didn't cause. I would strongly caution anyone -- especially those navigating insurance claims or tight financial situations -- to think carefully before bringing their vehicle here. P.S. the owner, Marcus Toussaint, would like it to be known that he was willing to help, before I shared my experience with y'all, not anymore; so long as I gave him as much as my lawyer was willing to advance from my injury claim, or as much as "Snap Finance" would let me borrow at an unreasonable interest rate.
