They showed me the proof of this mix-up. They apologized for the inconvenience of my trip and offered to provide a more expensive cover at the same price as the less expensive cover I had originally wanted. Additionally, they said that if I didn't want the upgraded cover, they could install a cover that was currently in stock so I'd have one on my truck for my planned vacation. They said that once the original cover I wanted is delivered, they will come to my hometown in Brusly to replace the covers at no extra charge. They did whatever it took to make it right.

They…read morereplaced it with vinyl several spots were loose so I brought it back to them when I picked it up two loose spots they just put black construction silicone on and said that's all they could do. They couldn't get it glued back correctly Then told me to bring it back when I have more time and they would fix it correctly along with a couple other spots above the glove box so when I picked it up that time, they said they could not get the silicone out and didn't wanna mess it up anymore trying to get it out And claimed they fixed the loose spots above my glove box but obviously they are not fixed as you can see in the photos I feel this was a pathetic and rushed job by the installer

But, they put a plastic cover on your back windshield wiper and I feel my car is really getting washed when I go through here. The soap even smells good. I never wait in a long line either, which I love. I, of course, use the vacuums after. These are actually high powered and are always working no matter what station I go to.

There is a pre-wash station which I like so I could get some of the bug guts off my window and build-up off my rims. The was was quick but thorough. Afterwards I was able to self vacuum easily. The place is easy to access and navigate. I highly recommend!
