The repair guy came to my home July 21st to troubleshoot the problem. He said he would have to take the blinds to the shop to figure out the problem and get back with me. It's been just about a month since they had the blinds. I haven't been able to get a response from them when I can get my blinds back repaired. I am getting ghosted by the staff. Tim told me one thing, then the receptionist told me another thing. This round about is unacceptable. Now they have a recording on the phone that says they will get back with me and they have a sign on the door saying they are closed working out on service calls. I have left messages on the phone and the message says they will call me back. These blinds were expensive plus they are for my bedroom. I am very sorry for what they are going through but this type of business behavior is unprofessional. I'm upset. I have to pray and let God know my heart.
