We brought a thumb drive in with roughly 105 sheets we needed printed. The owner stated he would get to it at a certain time. It was done earlier than proposed. We ended up coming back a couple more times in that same day due to lack of internet at the site we were at. When we got the receipt, we thought that they had messed up on the price. He went above and beyond. He did not make me feel like less of a person when I didn't understand something. The only issue I have is that I had to trade in my old phone when previously I was told I could keep it. And now T mobile has sent a package and label for me to send my old phone in, which they already kept at the store. We made a decision to switch from T Mobile to another carrier - and the transition was a mess…read more Turns out you have to have EVERYTHING cleared before you let them move your service - or you are blocked out of your T Mobile account and then how can you get your phone paid off by the new guys? What a mess! We were foiled at every turn in our home zone (Redlands, CA). But on vacation, traveling through Utah, we stopped in at the T Mobile store and Chloe Burmood, the store manager, took the time to untangle our mess, navigate the internal labyrinth and figure out how we could make the final payment so that the next guys could pick up our service. It was outstanding service, from someone who had absolutely no chance of benefiting from the transaction. She just did it because we needed help, and she could provide it. If we lived in Richfield, we would absolutely be back with T Mobile, due to her superior service. Thank you, Chloe! Those of you in Richfield have a clear winner in her.
