Was having an issue with roadside assistance, so I rolled the dice and called these guys. They were able to bring 2 trucks out to tow our trailer and 5th wheel. They also accommodated my family and pets. Towed the truck to their lot and trailer to a nearby campground. They did a free diagnostic, to see if they could get us on the road. We were in our way to Idaho and Wyoming. Unfortunately for us we had a fuel filter failure causing 10k in damage and had to have the truck towed to a dealership. I hired Rob to replace the radiator on my semi truck. Everything went well at the beginning a week…read morelater the truck left and the coolant level had dropped about an inch. We thought it was normal so we refilled it and continue using the truck 2 1/2 months later The radiator began leaking A large amount of coolant through the bottom, my mechanic took out the bumper, and when inspecting the bottom of the radiator, we realized that a a bolt was never screwing to the frame, and it was left hanging in between two of the tubes. We realize that with the vibration of the truck and the bolt moving back-and-forth, it had open a hole on the bottom of the radiator. There was also a bracket that was left unbolted and just hanging on the bottom. I contacted Rob to ask about the warranty on this so that I can replace the radiator and Rob no longer answers my calls or text messages. And almost $4000 job lasted 2 1/2 months.

That worried me a little, but when I got there, he had my truck up on the lift, and showed me that all 4 items the dealer said needs replacing, were sound and didn't need repair or replacement at all. Brought my cargo trailer in prior to a long road trip, and I wanted them to check everything out. They did, and when I offered to pay, he said "No charge. Big O Tires...Holler!…read more En route from Colorado to Cali we got a fast leaking tire. Seriously, without the Gods watching above us, we would have been totally screwed. Right place right time to get a flat. We were in Richfield, UT when the tire went almost entirely flat. Thankfully - we overfilled it one last time and hauled it to Big O! Lucky for us they had the size tire we needed and immediately took care of our situation - we were outta there in a little over 45 minutes! They were all rockstars! Highly recommend!

We were traveling from Oceanside, CA to Lakewood, CO. After noticing one of our tires had a…read morebulge and leaking air we stopped in to see if it could be repaired. $1540 later we had a new set of tires! 100 miles toward Grand Junction we noticed one of the new tires was really low. We had to change the tire out with the spare in 100 degree Temps. Got to the Big O tire in Grand Junction this morning and they said it was the valve stem which wasn't changed out when the tires were replaced. Turned our 12 hour day into a 16 hour day!
