And when she says this, rather than saying she didn't understand, the customer is rude to the clerk! The clerk is trying to help you. They are a factory. They can make any mattress in any size! So these criticizers are way out of line, in my opinion. I'm going there tomorrow to buy a mattress. I'll update this review after.
