Dr. Hull listens well, asks good questions for the sake of understanding and genuinely seems to care about his patient's wellbeing. Unlike a lot of doctor's offices, you don't have to schedule an appointment a year in advance to see him. He'll often have cancellations and is sometimes even willing to do phone sessions if you're traveling! The only downside is he doesn't accept any form of insurance, so it's $100 a visit. However, they do give you a super-bill to submit to your insurance; I always get most of the $100 back when I file the claim. New Start also has a large staff of psychologists and counsellors on staff, making it easy to couple medication with cognitive behavioral therapy.
