Staff is always helpful and friendly. i have never experienced the issues mentioned by the folks giving less than a 5-star rating. Its not possible to be everything to everyone. I think I get great service and value.

They sell socks, hand creams, random nicknacks but not actual shipping supplies? Make it make sense. They also do not provide shipping receipts. This location is closer to my work, but another location from same company that is closer to my house do sell shipping bags and always provide a shipping receipt for all drop offs. Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies? At the end, i drove to ups store to buy shipping bags then drove back to the postal annex to drop off the item to ship via fedex.

I have been doing my taxes here for 4 years, and It has not been the same since covid. I dropped off two W-2's and notified them of a third that would need to be emailed as I didn't have a physical copy. They proceeded to tear the corner off a random sheet of paper and they wrote an email on it where I would send my W-2. I had requested that they call me during the process and they never did so once my taxes were filed it turned out they forgot to input an entire W-2. We had to file an amendment and they wanted to charge me for it despite the fact that they had made a mistake. They gave me the email for their insurance deals instead of the one for tax returns and then proceeded to tell me it was "MY FAULT" for using the wrong email address? On top of that they used my old address and misspelled it then told me it was my fault as well for not updating it. I checked my old tax returns and their previous employee Yvette had actually filed my taxes correctly using my new address so I don't know why they decided use the old one when I had definitely updated it. On top of that they rolled their eyes, interrupted me and I heard an employee say "quieres que le mienta, o le digo hermana" to Rosa the owner of the company through the phone. During one of the 4 days i had to visit to fix everything I saw that another customer had also had their taxes filed incorrectly. Terrible Place Skip it.
