It's a smaller shop, but they happened to have the perfect sectional sofa for our space. The owner was quick to answer any question we had and taught us a few helpful tips about furniture shopping. At other shops we felt pressure from the sales person to purchase, but not here. We checked out the shop on a weekday night and went home to think over our options. When we decided to purchase, the process was smooth and we had our new couch delivered just 3 days later! The delivery team was professional and friendly. They had a difficult task maneuvering a sectional couch down our narrow stairway, but they made it happen with zero damage to our home! The only thing is that you no longer need to cut your own from a bolt; instead, they sell it in precut 3 meter length. The patterns and quality are just as awesome as they used to be, and it is really convenient if you're working on home textiles or quick craft projects. The only drawback to our visit was the timing. My only piece of advice is to ensure you do not arrive 30 minutes before the store closes. IKEA is simply too massive to navigate efficiently under a time crunch, and you will not have enough time to browse properly. Give yourself a solid window to shop!

Customer service-As an example this purchase is going to be picked up by our movers and transported to our new house out of state. Eric complete understands this process and was ready to help and ensure everything worked out smoothly. Another example since we are trying to match colors. Eric said bring in a drawer or shelf from your old furniture so we can 100% match things. 2. Selection-If you like mission style furniture this is the place. Huge selection and huge number of stains. 3. Quality-It is unsurpassed. No ifs ands or buts. 4. Sustainable-They have their own tree farm and provide wood to the craftsmen. 5. I also bought two vintages designer lights and a couple pieces of glass labware to put cocktails in and put on the rolling cart to roll around the house (see above). I also bought a very cool looking gumball machine where you push down a little lever and a gumball comes out.** **I have put real gumballs and M&M peanuts in this thing and it has yet to spit out a gumball. It's pretty cool, though. OK, these guys have vintage cocktail glasses and shakers (do you see a problem here?) and more labware that I might buy. And a couple great vintage stands from a chemistry lab that has lots of clamps for test tubes. I'm trying to justify this one. My god!! A kindergartner had put a school project on it while the glue was still wet and when he lifted up his project, a weird pattern of the wood stain was gone! Luckily the base of the table was in very good condition. Last summer, Danish Teak Classics worked a miracle. My table top looks like it did when it was new and we both were 40 years younger. The staff hauled the table top to & from my hatchback and wrapped it in a new movers quilt when I hauled it home. I highly recommend their restoring services.

The store is run by a family who care about their customers & will look out for them. This place is a huge warehouse full of couches, living room furniture, beds, tables, and more. The stock on the floor is all brand new and at outlet pricing -- their stock fluctuates and is never guaranteed, so if you like something you better pick it up! You can check their facebook to do a little browsing but I highly recommend coming in to browse and sit in the furniture before you make a decision. One thing that really sold us on this place was the financing that was offered. It's something like 100 days with no extra fees to pay off your furniture -- after that marked date there's a pretty big markup. Here's the really nice part: the guy who owns the place will help you figure out if the piece you're looking at financing is a good financial move for you. He'll help you calculate what your monthly payments would work out to be and even advises you not to buy something if you can't pay it off within the time before the extra markup kicks in. You can tell that he cares about the customers and wants them to have a good experience. I appreciate that SO MUCH. We love our couch and actually just paid it off this week. It fits perfectly in our house - the store has measuring tape for you to borrow - and really elevates our living room. We paid probably $60-$80 for delivery from this location to St Louis Park. It was a no brainer. Delivery setup was easy and speedy. Just keep in mind that all sales are final and that their stock is here today and gone tomorrow!
