Ms Ingram never answers emails or phone calls. They send you to whatever extern site they want even if that place is not going to train you for anything that you need. I spent a day total in the lab and half a day in the front. We came to the school for lab a total of 6 times, I really don't know how they keep in compliance for their accreditation. I am not saying everyone's experience was like mine but coming from a state that is all about good experiences and good communication, this school was a bust. Everyday I wanted to quit, not because it was hard work but because the lack of professionalism was sickening. UPDATE: I was contacted by Mary Fry and the problem was addressed. I appreciate her being understanding to my dissatisfaction and the rating will be changed to 3 stars. I can't change it to five because what is done cannot be undone but I do believe that was the response I needed. The students need more proactive people like her. So with that being said Thank you.

This school is not what it seems. My son went to welding school there. He signed up for welding 1…read moreand 2 and we paid over $18,000 for this. We understood them to be two separate terms. He finished welding 1 and earned several certifications and then about the time for welding 1 to end the school moved and he lost about four weeks of instruction due to them thinking they were moving taking all the equipment out and then having to put enough back in the old building to say they are having class. They had over an hour wait to use a grinder so it was impossible to get any welding done. Then after they moved many things happened that cancelled class such as an electrical fire. That was when welding 1 ended and 2 began. I made sure to go pay the thousand or so dollars he needed for the second term even though they never sent anything in the mail. No grades. No bills. Nothing. When welding 2 started the teacher did not want to teach him about pipe fitting and got mad when he complained to the head of the school that he was not learning anything. What he found out was that welding 2 was just the same as welding 1 but just extra time to practice. He decided since we had to sell his truck to afford this schooling he was ready to just find a job with the certifications he earned. They sent an email to come pay for his cap and gown and we all attended his graduation. We even paid for professional pictures. The next week he went back to the school to see about getting a resume made which was another one of their promises. They told him he couldn't be there because he had failed from missing too many days of welding 2. They informed him welding 2 was one program that started from the first day of welding 1 and that it was cumulative absences the whole time. The TRUTH is that we were not aware this was bow it was. They told us we could hire a lawyer but they would win because it has happened before. Do not go to this school. You can go for free thorough an apprenticeship and that is the way to do it. This school does not enforce safety rules. In fact they tell the students to get on the internet to get fake excuses for their absences. If my son knew to do this don't you think he would have? SCAM.
