Nearly four months later, I still have not received a single appliance or a refund. Throughout this process, the owner repeatedly told me that my order would arrive "soon" or that he would send me a tracking number "tomorrow." Those promises never materialized, and my calls and messages often went unanswered for weeks. I contacted Forno directly to find out what was happening. I was informed that they had received my order but that it was canceled by the seller a few days later. I was also told that they were unable to sell to this dealer due to issues involving the California Franchise Tax Board. Had I been informed of this before my purchase, I never would have paid over $12,000 for appliances that could not be fulfilled. Despite living without any appliances for almost 4 months, I have not received a refund either. Moe, the owner, just says "Sorry, no refunds"! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They are complete scammers!

PG& E took care of a gas leak behind my stove, and checked the furnace to make sure all was in working condition because we just purchased the house. I called the home warranty through Fidelity- (horrible insurance company) they take care of absolutely nothing. So they take my 100 dollar service fee, send out an 18 year old, from what I see visually, who comes in to read the notes left behind from PG&E on Hazard report. Ten minutes later I come back to check in on the young man and he looks so puzzled, the look on the poor guy's face, he tells me he doesn't know what's wrong with the furnace and what the codes or terms indicate on the hazard report- he didn't understand the terminology and had been trying to contact PG&E to help explain. I called the dispatcher for this company, explained all- and she apologized and told me she'd send a senior rep.. well within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone, I get a call from Fidelity- Consolidated called them and told them it was not repairable?? Or who knows what to get out of it and my claim was denied. This is a 2023 furnace- newer. On the hazard notes it states that there communication gaps.. if you look up the term it means improper sealing which is what PG&E tech explained. The furnaces needed to be sealed properly and needed a little more clearance above vent..and this tech couldn't figure it out.. I felt bad for this kid but upset w this company for calling it in as non repairable because he didn't know what to do. Quick pay out for them. The kid also left my furnace connected to my thermostat AC unplugged and a panel from who knows where on the floor next to furnace- great- thanks ##!@.. what a horrible experience.
