At the beginning of the service, the pastor instructed everyone to greet their neighbors in the pews, and that was the last anyone acknowledged me. The congregation (which skewed to young families and where seniors like me seemed to only be in attendance as part of a multi-generational family unit) were friendly with each other but not welcoming. There was mention of a "welcome table," however, as an introvert, I was not inclined to seek it out. There was no fellowship following the service.

The music was very unique, and it was a pleasure to listen to. In honor of Saint Valentine's Day, the priest had all couples renew their marriage vows. That was fabulous. Turns out we were 1/2 way through the "service" when we went in, and stayed for a few chants, and when the priest got up to talk, we snuck out the back door. As churches go, it was simple, white, beautiful and old! Founded in 1733, I am not sure when this one was built, but I do know that John Wesley was the 3rd rector of the parish.
