Everything was smooth, tho' my CC was initinally blocked until I gave them the OK. I rec'd the tracking info and notices online, and the boots arrived in 2 weeks exactly. The only problem was that my CC# was hijacked and 2 attempts to submit payments for Uploader were fortunately held in Pending. I have since cancelled that CC# and obtained a new one. I don't think this is a fault of Motoin directly, I expect their Secure payment system to protect against fraud, but it happened. If I need moto-something from Europe again, I would certainly visit their site for shopping and consider purchasing from them again.

I ordered a Schuberth helmet that was advertised as Ready For Delivery 5-7 days! Days after placing the order I get an email stating that it won't be shipped until end of May - a wait of over two months! and to further insult they charged my Credit Card IMMEDIATELY for the full amount (which is contrary I think to their policy that says they only charge when the goods are shipped), I wasn't asked. So the take away her is that you simply CANNOT trust what they say on their website. They don't appear to want to tell their customers that they are "out-of-stock", possibly fearing they'll shop somewhere else and would rather take your money and lock you in. Hopefully I'll get lucky and get my helmet sooner!

So they get to keep the funds and not process the return. Customer service is shocking. I wouldn't use this guys ever again as they are basically untrustworthy. For a German company they are shockingly bad.
