We dropped off the tire for repair and were told it was completely free. When we came back and picked it up two hours later they said it went great and were very fast and kind. The man with an injured wrist, who I unfortunately didn't catch the name of was very kind, quick, and helpful. After we retrieved our tire we went to put it on by ourselves in the parting lot but before we got it off Michael stopped us and offered/insisted to put it back on for us and was very communicative and kind despite us paying nothing for the repair or the change.
