I was there more than once 3 hours just for mani, pedi. I usually get nails done for relaxing experience. This to me now seems stressful. I enjoy meeting people in there. I have consistently gotten the newest nail person like I am a test. My group always tips well and is extremely polite to everyone and smile and laugh during our time. They have watered down polish it seems for certain colors instead of buying more or saying they do not have it. Please just say you are out when I initially pick out that color. I had previously had on black polish and when they finished after 2 hours, you could see the black trim around my new color. My friend mentioned it to them twice to fix it. When you go somewhere a good bit you should not always get the new guy in training. It took so long one time everyone on the salon had turned over twice. I about had a panic attack to get out.. Go IF you have time to go through all the colors and pick out two or three extra just in case, do not plan on relaxing too much. Bring a picture of what shape you would like your nails. I think maybe they are so busy that each person is not a priority if you come back or not. Idk I think I have gone to POSH for the last time this week. Also now they placed all their extra stuff in trash bags above the ceiling where you can see it. Big bags, full over the doorway to the hallway to the bathroom. I lived in bigger cities that did not charge nearly as much and I walked out quicker and happier. My nails do look nice except it is not to the cuticle so it will look grown out quicker. Enjoy! My great grandmother is a 92 years old diabetic, so it is essential that whoever does her nails is gentle. Andy is her favorite technician, she asks for him every time we come in and he is always reluctant to do her pedicure. All of the staff are polite and pay a great attention to detail.

Yesterday I went in for a mani-pedi , and had the worst pedicure experience of my life. The woman who was doing my pedicure was looking all around the room, paying little attention to what she was doing. She did not say one word to me, not even to tell me when to take my feet in and out of the water, instead she used rude looks to the point that I found myself apologizing, which is ridiculous as I'm not a mind reader. She was extremely rough when shaping my nails, and when I kept flinching and asked her to be more gentle she barely said a word and continued in the same manner. On to the manicure: The lady who did my manicure did a great job. She took her time and made sure to fix a couple of spots without me having to say anything. She is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, once again there was no conversation even though I tried to be friendly, and instead the staff talked amongst themselves loudly throughout the store. In the middle of my manicure the manager and another client got into a full on screaming match. I did not catch what the disagreement was about, but it completely ruined any positives in this ridiculous situation. People come to nail salons to relax, not to witness a Maury-style screaming match Finally, 3 hours after my pedicure I had to put on a pair of heels and give a presentation. In my experience, three hours is generally plenty of time for nail polish to dry. Apparently not this time, as my pedicure was completely ruined after putting on my shoes! Complete waste of money. My advice to management is to work HARD on your customer service. There is another nail salon not even a half a mile away from this one, and I can guarantee next time my business will go there.
