The lady who did my nails was amazing and sweet and the atmosphere was nice. I originally asked for a different design that was more intricate but she didn't seem comfortable doing it so we agreed on the outlined french tips. The nails were very rushed so they are lop sided, one had stuff in the white paint, and they are very thin and flat so they started peeling off like 3 or 4 days later. read more

I have used this nail salon for a long time. However in the last few months I have had to go back a few days after a fill in because the polish is coming off my nails. I don't have my hands in water very much because I wear gloves. This morning went back because about 5 day fill in has polish off 1 nail and most of them are chipping off. 5 days!!! I told them that since I've had this happen several times they should redo all of my nails at no charge. They were rude and snickering and said there was nothing they could do at no charge. Owner wasn't there, but I will be calling her next week and I won't be going back. I am retired and this is the only splurge I give to myself. Expensive enough every few weeks, but every few days is NOT HAPPENING!!! read more

I would give half a star if there was an option. I entered this place today around 1pm. The owner Sam wasn't there. I get gel polish on my original nails. The lady covering the door told me to sit in chair number 3. There were 3 male employees sitting at pedicure stations, on their cell phones. One of the guys shook his head No, so the lady told me to sit at table 5. I believe this guy is Lem. I was browsing thru the gel color pallet when he sat down. He asked me if I wanted my nails shorter. I replied yes, so he began to use his electric drill tool to shorten the nails on my left hand. He then was about to use that drill on top of my nails. I asked him what was he doing? He said"You want this polish off?" I said yes, but not with drill. I told him others use foil or soak my nails to remove the gel polish. Lem then said, you want fill-in? I said no. He then got up and walked off saying "you go somewhere else!" He smelled of cigarettes and was so rude. I've been here many times, but I've never dealt with this one. He old, bald and always wears a cap. A nice black lady did my nails for me perfectly. As I walked to her chair, I told Lem he was rude. He said "I didn't like you when you sat down." He wanted me to pay for a fill in. That's why he behaved this way. I only wanted gel polish. When the next lady came in for a fill in, he quickly jumped up to do her hands. The other two young guys did exactly the same. None of them wanted to do my gel polish. They wanted the higher bill fill in. They got off their phones for the higher price jobs. Sam will never get my business again. read more

I have a mixed review of this place. I went for a manicure and while the place was nice and clean, I wasn't able to communicate with the person doing my nails because of a language difference. Mind you, this was my 1st manicure, ever. The person did not cover my nails in the polish, leaving gaps. I can do a better job with my left hand. However, my friend had a pedicure done and the woman who gave her the pedicure did an amazing job. My friend was so excited how good it felt and great her toes looked. So I guess it just really depends on who you get when you go here. If it wasn't for the lady who gave my friend the pedicure, I would have given this place a 1 star rating. read more

I just left here an hour ago, best place within 30 miles. Sam and Tammy are the sweetest people. Had a great conversation, very accepting! These guys really take care of you! From experienice, this is the only place around here who can get my acrylics as short as I like them without hurting me! Awesome prices! Removal, and new set $35! Can't go wrong with that! read more

This is a horrible place to go to!! I would not recommend coming here AT ALL!! The man that did my nails , had in headphones and paid me no attention to me whats so ever . Which I feel is highly disrespectful especially since in customer service it is required to show interest into the customer . He even did my nails very quickly & were very then & the next day one was broken . then the day after that .. another had broken in half . I am extremely upset that I paid $25 for a specific service & was not pleased with the results . I really hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future . read more
