They have a great selection of beers from light to hoppy to dark to sours. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. It's the only brewery in Hutchinson but they are definitely a stand out. TO-GO: They have beers to go. Just ask. SWAG: They have lots of swag from hats to shirts to tackers. They have quite a bit of swag. PARKING: They have a private parking lot. We went during a not so busy day and a busy day and we didn't have any problems finding a spot. You won't have a problem either. FOOD: On Saturday, there was a BBQ Food Truck. I'm guessing they have rotating Food Trucks. You can also bring in your own food. We brought in pizza from Jimmy's and they also offer free delivery to the brewery and the pizza is good. This place was recommended by another beer-tender in Perham and I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. We will definitely return if we are ever back in town.

They have a big selection of different beers - not the typical IPA heavy line-up. Definitely worth the drive to Hutchinson.

They've got something for each kind of drinker, including non-alcoholic options. You'll often see food trucks or events happening here. Check out their website for the full event calendar! The venue is huge and is great for events or bigger groups. For sure a stop when in the St. Cloud area!

Love the story of Back Shed. They took the jump into brewing in a 1/2 bbl pilot system in their…read moreback shed. After a while of brewing beer and then partnering with Chris, they made a 'back shed' dream a reality. They opened up the brewery / taproom where they can chat with customers across a large L-shaped bar featuring two walls of taps, plenty of indoor seating, and a lovely outdoor area. And if you are needing to do some crafts, Crafts Direct is right next door! Snoop Dog P.O.G A Wheat beer kettle soured with additions of Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava. A lot of P.O.G. character providing sweetness and citrus to go along with a mild tartness. A fuller body than some kettle sours, but it makes me feel more like I'm drinking a cocktail - which I'm digging. Hay-Z (99 problems - but a beer ain't one) A Hazy IPA with Idaho Gem, Sabro, and Citra hops. Very smooth with mild bitterness. Juicy and citrusy with notes of orange, coconut, and pineapple. Maybe it was the sour, but between these two beers I wanted to grab my Hawaiian shirt and sit on a beach. Ledge 'N' Dairy Coffee A bit different from the theme of the first two beers, but just as enjoyable. A Sweet Stout infused with coffee. The base sweet stout provides good balance to the roasty-bitterness of the coffee addition. Reminiscent of a mocha from a coffee shop! Pull Up Quick I returned to the warmer weather vibes with this Witbier. Hints of orange and coriander with a light straw color. Light bodied and delicious!

They have a few year-round options that you can't go wrong with, but I love trying their rotating and experimental options the most. You can tell the love and care they put into the product. They typically will have some sort of charcuterie option, and those are a must. I've never had a better apple than here, and it makes sense. The cheese offerings are always delicious as well. In my experience, the service is top tier as well. The kind where they offer suggestions and have conversations with you. Must stop!

I'll start by pointing out that we aren't cider drinkers. Still, this stop was on the passport and…read morewe were within range, so, we stopped. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. I could come just to wander around and be happy, but that doesn't get the pages stamped, so, in we went. The gal working asked what we like & we told her we don't typically like ciders. We prefer dry wines and dark beers & that the hubs likes his IPAs. She suggested we try the 2 specific ciders the 1 for me based on my wine preferences & the 1 for the hubs based on his love of IPAs. She nailed it. They were both good choices and we each preferred the one she recommended for us, individually. We did sample a sweeter option and, nope, still no go.
