I have reached a point in my life where I have done every practical, actionable, thing, that I can think of to save my marriage and progress my career. But given desperate times and measures, I opted for some help through spiritual means. My journey to Dave was very roundabout and had me seeking bizarre witchcraft pages on Facebook to local fortune-tellers and spellcasters. They were way far out there and too creepy for me. Looking through Yelp reviews, I was very much attracted to Dave's style in that he does not outwardly present as 'fringe.' Based on the services provided, he really offers life coaching more than anything else. He just happens to have some really 'intuitive insights' based on his spiritual background. And if and when you feel comfortable discussing spirituality in more depth, he presents concepts of spirituality in a friendly, non-imposing way, and becomes a guide to help you see things without the noise that is potentially engulfing your state of mind. And the best part - it's all done on Zoom! I have no way of getting to Hawaii but appreciate his ability to leverage the Internet to reach his audience. Taking a few steps back, I was looking to Dave to help me understand my marriage and if there was any way to save it. Using several tarot reads, he was able to accurately draw a picture of my life as it stands today - specifically how horrifically desperate and bad it is. But he was also able to find the silver lining and help re-affirm that I am currently on the path that has the highest chance of saving my family. I am not there yet and am in a daily struggle to keep things together. However, I am comforted by the fact that he checks in with me, in many ways, like a friend. He is a man of many hats and can chat with me as a former Hawaii fireman, police officer, teacher, and professor. His background is solidly academic and his heart is tied with his community. At the end of the day, I no longer find the Tarot as something intimidating or fringe but rather something that helps us see our lives more clearly. In one of Dave's many YouTube channel videos, he describes the Tarot as being similar to his love of comics as a child. Each card draw tells a visual story - one that Dave interprets and helps align with action items and descriptions of the heroes and villains involved. And lastly, for anyone who researched concepts of 'cold readings' (like I have), I would say that it truly does not matter. I felt very comfortable telling Dave about myself if it meant having someone help me understand myself and my family better. Our chats have been truly therapeutic and just as cost-effective as real mental health sessions with the folks at betterhealth.com (I just can't expense these sessions against my HSA, sadly). The insights he provides are more than just telling you what you know. He tells you what you know and really does provide insights about problem resolution that you may or may not have considered but have just not had the capacity to articulate. He brings a lot of things to the surface that is well beyond the scope of a 'cold read.' If you are a Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings fan, Dave is a lot like the wise man in both stories and is there as a gentle voice to guide you on life's journey. All I could say is WOW!! I don't know where to begin. I am overwhelmed with everything and trying my best to find words to write this review. The day I met Dave and his wife certain things were said that made a lot of sense to me without me even mentioning details.  I am new to Reiki and what it means. I had a Ha ki'i reset. I felt the change immediately. I have been having shoulder and neck issues for years on and off and right away felt as if something was lifted off my shoulders. I am still processing the experience. I appreciate his patience with me especially because I talk a lot. He has this calm tone to his voice and helps relax you instantly when performing his spiritual duties.  Both Dave an his wife are amazing people and I feel really blessed to have met them at a very confusing time for me.  I have been experiencing certain emotions for a very long time and they have giving me great explanation of those feelings. I am just trying my best to find words here because I am in great shock trying to keep my cool. They have helped me also to Identify what I am feeling when I describe it to them and because of that I am more confident in Identifying the feelings, dreams and visions I get. He gave my daughter and I a precious gift...he opened our hands to feeling energy ( don't know if that is the proper way to say it ).
