Working with Kam and Sienna Entertainment was easily the best decision I made when planning my best friend's bachelorette party! Not only was Kam super great at getting us into some of my favorite places with amazing deals, but he was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. We only used them for the club Friday night (the LIGHT at Mandalay Bay) and a pool party Saturday (Rehab at the Hard Rock), but man does it make life easier to have everything coordinated through one person even if it is just two outings. The best part of it all, is that everyone Kam connected us to was extremely helpful, and Kam would keep them updated for me if we were running late. The pool party however was the absolute highlight of the trip. We got a day bed with a $1,000 spending limit, but were upgraded to a $4,000 cabana thanks to Kam's connections. We had a prime location, and had a total blast. We went to Vegas for the Super Bowl and planned on going out Sunday after the game. I have known Kam a long time and used Sienna's services for the past 10 years. I would never think about going out in Vegas without Sienna. The last thing I want to deal with is lines and hassles. Kam provided me my contact for the night well ahead of time. When I texted his contact on Sunday right after the Super Bowl he got back to me within 5 minutes. That type of communication is crucial for this type of business. I don't mind spending some money but I don't want the stress of wondering how the night will go. We ended up getting a table at the Bank at the Bellagio. Thank you Kam for the most memorable night in Vegas steps away from David Gueta. Went to Vegas on a last minute decision totally unprepared no worries Kam got me tooken care of. Showed up no plans on a rainy Saturday morning found Kam on CL and he brought out the sun. I emailed him and got back to me within minutes. He asked what we liked and emailed me a list on events for the evening. We love dance music so David Gueta was the one on that list for us. I told him from the get go covers and fees are not a problem but I don't do lines. We were not on the books but Becky dropped the names of Sienna's contacts, and although they never figured out what happened with our reservation, there was an island available to us and we got settle within 10 minutes. The pool was awesome and Dax Shepard was in the next daybed over from us. VIP Hosted Entry and Table Service at Playboy, All access to Moon, all Palms Clubs. The Playboy Club is super classy and so much fun! We had an excellent table right on the Dance Floor and the staff was BEAUTIFUL and was loving their jobs, Bottle service was outstanding and we danced the night away. BF voted me Best Girlfriend Ever! Our Sienna Host Jai checked in with me through the night to make sure we were happy and it was nice to know if any problems had come up that he would have been round to solve them! But no problems! Kam Foo and his assistant Shannon Obrien are crooks, thieves and liars...I was just recently in Vegas and had a writen contract with them that they would provide services and rooms at the SLS hotel and upon arrival they had no record of my reservation...After 2 emails and several calls they said they would take care of it and refund our money...they did nothing except cut off communication...I am currently suing them... We had a group of 7 guys and 7 girls. We set up limo for the weekend, VIP for clubs on Friday and Saturday, and we set up VIP pool party for Saturday. The itinerary was made and paid for 3 weeks before we left. Friday night the limo driver was late picking us up and when we got to the club they had arranged for us they said we were late and made all the guys pay an additional $30 to get in. Then once inside they didn't set up our bottle service and we had to go and find a manager and set it up ourselves. Later in the night they called us and said the limo was downstairs and we all had to leave if we wanted a ride home. Then on Saturday morning we contacted them to ask when the limo would be there to pick us up for the pool party. The company said that we used up all the money for the limo and that we had to be at the pool at 11:30 in order to get our VIP table, and that was 30 mins from when they called. If we didn't make it we would all have to pay to get in and stand in line. They never mentioned any times when we set it up. We never got into the pool party and they didn't get us in to the other club or pool party the next day. We will never use them and we are now fighting to get our money back. read more

So it was my first time going to Vegas, and my girlfriend found these guys while searching the internet for "front of line" or "VIP" passes or whatever. Anyway, we ended up buying a package deal for 3 nights, 3 clubs with bottle service the second night. Lemme tell you, that I am vely (yes vely) impressed with how everything turned out. We got escorted in by our host without having to deal with the hassle of waiting in line or me having to show boobage to try to get cutsies. We were having my best friend's bachelor/bachelorette party in Vegas for a weekend and wanted to party at XS as our "grand finale" night. I've been looking up information and sending inquiries out since a month beforehand, but everything came up wayy too pricey, that we still didn't have anything set up a week beforehand. At that point, XS told us they were booked, and the maid of honor (the main party planner) was freaking out, trying to look for alternate places to go to. Unwilling to take "no" for an answer, I sent out a bunch of emails to various promotors again. That's when I ran into Sienna Entertainment! Sean Patrick was the first person to reply, within 30 mins of my email, and within a couple hours, we were all booked! Table service at XS on a Saturday night for a party of 16 with a limo to drive us there from our hotel -- at an amazing deal too! Being that everything was set up seemingly "too easy", I have to admit, I did have some skepticism as to how the night would actually pan out. However, everything went as Sean had promised. We got contacted 24 hours before, got names and numbers of both the limo driver and the VIP host who would walk us into XS. On the day of, we were blown away by our complimentary limo transportation (we were expecting a limo, but we ended up getting a LIMO!), our VIP host (Malia) was already waiting for us at XS, and our table location was totally perfect -- just right outside with the right amount of people traffic going by (not stuffed inside or far out on the other end of the property). Everything went SOO smoothly -- We couldn't ask for better service! Okay well I will be one to speak from experience. I've used Kam several of times over the past years and everything's been good. Most recently (couple weeks ago) I planned a bachelor party in Vegas with Kam. We worked out the plan months in advance and worked out the details a week before our trip. Everything went well as planned. He did set up and give me contact numbers to managers/hosts of clubs. All panned out and had free limo rides and no cover charge all night, 2 nights in a row. We even went to a new pool party in the day and he was able to handle free cover for us! I tried myself and was asked to pay $30 / person. Total was 8 guys and we did have bottle service one night at Tryst too. Jai walked us into Tryst and it worked out fine. I see where some of the poor reviews come from, if you're looking for a company/host to hold your hand every second of the way...this company may not be for you. He will give you contact numbers for when you're there, and you should use them; use them to confirm, and set details up for the way you want it. Cuz let's face it, in Vegas your plans may change, times may change, and peoples wants/needs may too! This is even more true the larger your group is!! read more

Sienna got us in and I guess that is what it is all about. Our host knew what he was doing and we had no experience in Vegas so did not know the rules. We had to tip him separately so he could tip the bouncers, but I did think we would get in quicker, and also not have to wait on our own outside Vanity. If you are doing what all the other party groups are doing you will be fine, but if you want something specific I think they struggle as we had to fend for ourselves at Vanity, even though we had paid for Concierge service. Like I said we got in and maybe this is how things are but just a shock to us as we are not used to spending that much money. If you know what you want and are happy with the rules, I recommend this group as they were efficient, know what they were talking about and did the job. I used Sienna to organize my daughter's 21st birthday in Vegas. We could not have had a better time. We were treated like royalty and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I contacted Kam Foo about 48 hours before leaving for Las Vegas. First, he lined up my hotel. I booked a wrap around suite at the Cosmopolitan for more than $200 less than Travelocity, on short notice. Second, the one thing I hate more than anything else is waiting in lines. Kam Foo put me on the list of every restaurant and club that I wanted to see in two days. On the first night, I didn't like the first club, Lavo. I texted Kam at about 11pm, and I was on the list at Pure. I walked right into Pure, past 200 people who had probably been in line for more than 2 hours! That was the story at every club from Pure to Surrender. Kam gave me the name of a host who met me at the front of the line. Third, a couple of clubs sent limos to pick me up. All I paid was the tip to the driver. Fourth, Kam's fee was less than what I saved on my hotel, so the service was essential free! The only headache I had on the trip was the concierge service at my hotel. The service at hotels cannot compare to the ability of a true VIP Service like Sienna Entertainment. I will never go on an night club vacation without a VIP service. For Vegas, I will always use Kam Foo. read more

Leading up to the trip we talked a number of times about the options the cost and even about our lives. Then after we went to this sushi restaurant at the Aria called Social House, incredible food. We had such a blast and they were able to accommodate our big party too. He even got us a discount on our bill! So awesome! Next we headed out to the newest club in town: Hakkasan. What an amazing time! We didn't have to wait in line and we quickly walked in where we saw Laidback Luke DJ. Then after the club Kam got us set up to go to a strip club. We had a few extra people join us too so he upgraded us to a party bus! We got to the strip club where all of us got in for free. It was a great time. We didn't get back to our hotel till the sunrise. On Saturday we went to Wet Republic at the MGM, and that night we went Tryst at the Wynn to go watch Lil Jon perform. Again Kam hooked it up! He got all of us in for free with no wait. We walked right inside and got to enjoy hours of partying. By Sunday we were all so exhausted we just laid out at our own pool. Overall, it was an amazing time. Probably my favorite time I've been there. Kam made the whole weekend a true Vegas experience. Our best friend told us it was the BEST birthday she's ever had! After contacting other noteworthy hosting companies in Vegas which will remain nameless, I immediately hit it off with Kam. You can tell that he is genuine, hard working, and cared that I have a great time with my friends. We went over the details via email and phone multiple times before my bachelor party weekend. When I arrived in Vegas on July 17th, everything went according to plan. We got set up to have dinner reservations at Andrea's and had an awesome pool side table at Surrender for Thursday night. On Friday, we went to Pole Position, followed by dinner at Lavo, and then had the best table at Light night club. On Saturday night, after the MJ ONE show, I ran into a small issue about where to have dinner for our large group (over 12 guys). I contacted Kam and within minutes we were eating outside at a nice table at the Mexican restaurant in Mandalay Bay. We also had a shuttle reserved late night to check out places on the Strip. On Sunday, Kam got us into the XS night swim party for free. Throughout the whole weekend, Kam checked on me to make sure things were going smoothly and to see if everyone was having a great time. Kam is the MAN! I booked a table at XS for 7 males on the afternoon of the same day and he made it happen. I would recommend reaching out to him sooner than the day of, but reach out to him nonetheless. We were put in a table on one of the main paths around the pool. Close enough we could see the DJ and hear the music, but far enough from the static crowd at the bar near by. This was a high traffic area so we could see a lot of hotties as they walk by. This was my 3rd time using Sienna Entertainment and Kam for planning a trip to Vegas. I still have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. This trip was 4 guys and we were in Las Vegas for a week. We arranged with Kam a number of things in advance (Wet Republic Pool Party and bottle service at Tao). Prices were great and Kam was quick to get everything set up for us and provide details. Both hookups were great, no lines, VIP entry and a great table in Tao. During the week, we had some last minute requests for Kam and he was always quick to respond and help out, no matter what time it was. I have been using Sienna Entertainment for many years. I recommend them to anyone traveling to Las Vegas. First, you would be foolish to come to Vegas to have fun without a local connection. Kam has always been able to provide me with VIP entry to clubs and other venues. I feel sorry for the poor suckers that wait in line. Second, I have saved thousands of dollars in a single trip on hotels and tickets. I realize not everyone is going to spend as much on a room as I do, but why not talk to Kam and at least save a few hundred dollars on your trip? Once again, Kam and Sienna are the best way to do Vegas. I have used Kam's services 3 times previously, and every time the result is the same, A Vegas Experience that is usually reserved for Celebrities and the Super Rich. My trip consisted of myself and 4 other guys traveling from NY to Vegas, and aiming for what we had come to refer to as our Epic Brocation. In addition to a 1500 square foot Suite at Mandalay Bay, Numerous high end Restaurant reservation, Driving Stock Cars at the LV Motor Speedway, and Shooting a .50 Caliber Rifle at a gun range, the most crucial part of our trip was our planned Pool Parties. It was 2 weeks before Labor Day, and we had selected Marquee Day Club for our Friday, Wet Republic (with DJ Tiesto) for Saturday, Encore Beach Club for Sunday Day, and XS Night Swim for Sunday evening. If not for Kam's help, this part of our trip would have been completely ruined. Imagine arriving at the Pool Party only to discover that there are approximately 500 people in front of you on the line, and realizing that you will be spending some crucial party hours, miserably suffering in 105 degree heat, waiting around. Now imagine you called Kam... you arrive and simply follow his instructions, 10 minutes later, your group of 5 guys is at the bar ordering your first drink of the day, having bypassed hundreds, and wasting none of the best party hours. SCORE!! Two of my buddies who had never had this kind of experience before began blurting out "Dude... you need to call Kam" anytime there were more than 5 people ahead of us for anything else. We came back for my friends 40th Bday party. They hooked it up again! They got us into Hakkasan on a Saturday night for only 1200$ for two bottle service, which as you know is really affordable. I didn't have the option of giving ZERO stars. Otherwise I would. Still debating on whether or not to report to BBB (Better Business Bureau) 11/9/12-11/10/12 were the dates of my best friend's bachelor party. We had 14 guys in our group and we arranged to meet up with about 20 other girls who came to celebrate with us. Started making arrangements with Kam Foo of Sienna Entertainment 3 months prior to the event. Everything up until the actual dates of the event were smooth. Correspondence between Kam and I were smooth. Payment and instructions were smooth. When you arrive, you quickly realized that something was wrong. Below is the package that we agreed upon: 1. Limousine Rides: Feedback - Driver was late for pickup at the airport, did not show up at the right place to greet the party. Driver did not help with bags. Very unprofessional. We were promised on 4 different limo rides. One ride was missing, neither contact was available at the time to help. We had to walk back to our hotels. 2. Strip Club: Promised free entry and first round of shops to everyone in the party. Kam Foo called last minute to change the venue. Once we arrived. Cover was free, but there was a 1-drink minimum per guest. Each drink averaged about $20. 3. Table at XS Nightclub: (This includes cover charges, , table reservations, Sienna Vip Hosted Entry, doorman & club host gratuities based off 14 male & 15+ female guests) - Free entry for all guests. You will pay for your alcohol at each venue plus 8.1% Sales Tax & 22 % Waitress Gratuity) ( Alcohol in this package: $1500 Min. Plus Tax & Tip=$1,920) Grand Total $1920. You are paying for a Premium Concierge Service which is guaranteed in writing. A Sienna Entertainment host will personally meet & escort you into each Venue. We ended up paying a grand total of $2800 for the table at XS Nightclub. When you arrive at the entrance, the host tells you that the min is NOT $1500 but $2000. Then when you agree and enter they put you at a tiny table by the pool area (keep in mind this at night in November and we have 30 people in our party) that sits about 8 people. If you want to upgrade to a cabana with heater, you have to tip the host an additional $300. On top of that you have 8.1% Sales Tax and 22% tip. So your grand total comes out to be $2800.00 when you were promised $1920.00. Lastly, our 20 girls arrived about 15 minutes late (10:30 cut off). Each girl had to pay $20 to get in, even when we got our table and upgraded. Needless to say, Sienna Entertainment has lost my business and the business of all my friends. I hope they lose your business as well after reading this review. Save yourself the stress and trouble and go with a HONEST promotion/entertainment group. P.S. - I have been hassling with them to get some money back. Instead of solving the problem, they decided to call my bluff and discontinue all correspondence with me. read more

And, I have know idea where that comment is coming from because not only were we on time to meet the promoter, we were about a half hour early and were waiting in the lobby. Our party worked directly with Kam to book our hotel rooms. He accepted our money and sent us confirmation #'s stating the rooms were booked and we were all set. Upon arrival to the hotel they had nothing from Kam, Sienna Entertainment or the provided confirmation numbers. Kam has never responded directly to us once and has only had his assistant Shannon O'Brien respond and even that was vague before she stopped communicating. They assured us this was a top priority to resolve and we were hoping to get this taken care directly through them. Due to the lack of communication the time frame that has passed and the fact that we uncovered their business license was revoked in 2011 makes me nervous for a positive resolution. read more

Woohoo! As good as it gets! I had the honor to plan my girlfriend's bachelorette party this past weekend in Vegas. I've never used a VIP hosting service before for any of my Vegas trips in the past, but this time I decided to look into Yelp for bachelorette ideas. I ran across Sienna Entertainment and sent in my inquiries for bottle service at Drais nightclub. I also sent in inquiries to different other companies to compare costs. I was skeptical at first but I'm glad my skepticism did not take the best of me. I chose Sienna Entertainment because Kam Foo worked with me and within my budget. He even matched the lowest price quote I got from another company and then some. Kam hooked it up! He responded consistently to my emails and texts no matter what time of the day it was. He was genuinely willing to help. I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than someone I hired. I hardly write reviews, but the experience with Kam Foo and Sienna Entertainment needed to be rated and recognized. I highly recommend Kam for VIP hosting service. They are a legit company.
